They had one and we walked out with free phones. My last bill showed an increase of about $130. Went to the store today and found out they had changed our plan. The store manager was no help at all; said we must've authorized the change; we did not knowingly change the plan. He said his clerk would not do this; it was all on us. He wouldn't change the plan back, refused to give us his boss's name and made no effort to remedy the situation. I'm 69 years old and this is the worst I have ever been treated. My star rating is a 1, since I couldn't leave a 0.
