Despite my attempts to communicate with you, I have not received a response to my previous email for more than weeks on end, it is presumed that they will not value your services if you work with them. As they cannot handle their own workload, staffing, and have demonstrated projection of stress and emotional instability onto customers, it is clear that the staff and owner has poor emotional coping skills. As a valued employee, I believe that clear communication and accurate accounting are fundamental aspects of a healthy and productive workplace. I am disappointed that this has not been the case in my recent interactions with your company. Furthermore, I have noticed that there have been errors working with this accounting company, which suggests a lack of attention to detail and competence in basic accounting principles. The calculation for MANY lines were incorrect, for many months. To make it worse, some of the errors were so obvious that even a rough estimate should have been sufficient to avoid such errors.

For weeks I received multiple emails a day as well as phone calls trying to push me to sign up. When I finally did spending $583.52 CAD, the phone calls and emails trying to get me to sign up stopped. I received an email stating that I would be set up with an expert shortly... which never happened. I tried calling them to only get their voicemail. I naturally left a message, but never received a return call. Then the emails started informing me that I was about to miss out on grants and that I should hire someone to create a business plan, which of course meant paying more money. Made several attempts over the months to reach someone, left several voicemails, but I still have yet to receive a call back. I even used "their Ai" assistant, which is not truly Ai and can only help with a handful of questions. Once I reached the short end of them, It tells me that an expert will call me shortly, which I only received two replies out of five queries to the most simple questions. I would call them to try and get my money back but I know exactly what I am going to get. They have several 5 star reviews on Google, but I am going to assume that they are fake accounts. If you look elsewhere, their reviews are substantially less than adequate. I should have listened to them. Update: I finally started getting responses from them only after leaving a one star review. Then they decided to leave a one star review on my business's google page in a very juvenile and unprofessional tactic to get me to remove my one star review on their google account. WARNING!!!! This is the way these guys conduct business. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
