Nobody made me feel weird or like my questions were lame/stupid. The piercer was very informative and explained the whole process as he was going through it. Everything was extremely sanitary, and I am very impressed. Would definitely highly recommend! They certainly live up to their name. I remained calm the whole time as there was never anything to worry about. You are in good hands with these folks!
