She's not very personable which is fine but she's the only one running her business so you would hope she's a bit more kind. She is up-charging like crazy considering the service was quite poor. She required the customer to call her 39 minutes to a hour before the appointment to remind her. She would consistently reschedule my appointment because "she didn't feel like coming to the office before 2pm." She said she would do a banishing or clearing spell for me with one of her "expensive" candles. I scheduled that appointment for the next day.
