Called a day ahead to ask if they could tow my car informed them it was stationary and was told that was not a problem, buddy does not know what he is doing must've lied on his application. My car did not have the wheel on I asked if he wanted it on so it would be easier to pull up and he said no it was better to pull it up with only 3 wheels. He proceeded to put an object under so the car would slide on the ramp, as he was pulling it up, my car was sliding off. I told him to stop and he did not listen, my car then slammed on the ground with one wheel off causing my brand new cv axle to snap. He did not take responsibility and told me he thought that was already broken. Don't hire him if you want someone with integrity as he will not own up to his mistakes and left damages to my car. read more
