The club has recently been redecorated and the floors are not as sticky as they once were. The club is situated over various levels with a several bars and a couple of dance floors. Due to the fact it is spread out so much it can be very easy to lose your friends. The bouncers are quite strict and patrol the club looking for drunk people who they throw out. If you arrive early entry is free at the weekends although it is often very quiet there at this time. Drinks promotions mean it is a reasonably cheap night out if you stick to the offers. The music appears to have become more dance focussed since it was reopened but they have different music on every night.

Truly a destination location, Thursdays is a little remote in it's whereabouts, but all of local cab companies know it. Thursdays is definitely has a different, more mature clientele than any other bar or club in the postcode, and it is more sombre by its nature and less carefree than other places around. There never seems to be that happy-go-lucky good fun vibe that exists in other clubs. Drinks here are standard Diagio fare and served at standard prices that are not really above nor below anything else around. I do not consider Thursdays as my first choice destination in this area but nonetheless I am sure that myself and many other people will end up here for a night of drinks and dancing.

The designated dance floor area is surprisingly small, but the wandering areas are larger, and the bar is pretty huge, which is stocked with a good range of drinks. As a semi-goth nerd I felt a bit out of my element, but because with cheesy music come cheesy drunk people, there was no shortage of charming drunkards to talk to! The club also features one of those frustrating games machines with the claw and the soft toys (hard to describe). It's a fun club with quite the party atmosphere, but it's difficult to dance to the super-cheesy music unless you're more than a bit tipsy.
