Hertz doesn't have their location at the airport listed on Yelp, so I have to use this one.
Hertz had our PREPAID reservation for more than 3 months before our trip. When we arrived, exhausted from the overnight trip, they told us that the car that we had reserved and paid for was not available. The only option was to upgrade to a "larger" car or cancel the reservation. We took the larger car at an additional cost of more than $600.
When we went into the lot to get our car, they had several dozen of the car we had previously reserved, which was actually larger.
When we complained, they said that those weren't available and we had already signed for the upgrade. Too bad.
We tried complaining to Hertz, but they said that the location is a franchise location and that they have no control -- even though we made the reservation through Hertz.
We tried to contest it through Chase as a fraudulent business practice, but with the signed (coerced) contract,they wouldn't do anything about it. Our only recourse would be to call Hertz in Portugal.
We have tried calling and the person answering only says that a manager isn't available and that they would call us back. 3 tries. Never called back.

BE WARNED - they have mastered this tourist scam. You will arrive tired and be lied to with no recourse.
