I called twice trying to set up a consultation both times same unpleasant experience. Upon calling the receptionist answers the phone as if I called her personal cell phone and was interrupting her day. there was no professional greeting just a "hello" both instances the phone was answered that way. Yesterday was the final straw I called received the same "hello" and she asked what my name was immediately places me on hold music with no warning then comes back on the line saying nothing else other than "can I call you back?" didn't even ask for a call back phone number or anything and just hung up. Its a shame the firm will loose business due to the receptionist being unprofessional I can only imagine how the attorneys are if they hired someone like that to represent the firm.
