Thank you to Pepper Hu insurance for working fast and efficiently on providing and guiding me on…read morethe best home insurance policy the best fit my needs. I want to personally thank Esther Zhang who was very helpful and responsive in all requests and questions I had regarding my insurance needs. I especially appreciated her thorough email responses, providing exact details of what each policy offers and exactly what is needed on my end. This made insurance shopping a breeze, especially with most insurances/brokerages providing very vague initial email responses. Providing an initial email with exact quotes and policy coverages made picking a policy fast and easy. Not only was Esther very professional through email communication but also through the phone. I personally prefer fast and quick service through technology (e.g. electronic signature, autopay/direct deposit) but I also appreciate that Esther was always available on the phone (during normal business hours) to confirm all transaction details that were performed electronically. Thank you Esther and Pepper Hu Insurance. Will definitely recommend to those who are shopping for insurance.

I highly recommend John Lam and his team to meet your insurance needs…read more I've been a State Farm client well over 30 years and have multiple policies. My first agent passed away, and my second retired. I was then assigned to John's office. John personally called me to inform me he was taking over. I was skeptical because Debbie at the previous office was fantastic. John and I met at his beautiful office, and he introduced me to his team. John was very professional and patient with me and spent over two hours reviewing all my policies to see if I was over or under insured and to see if I could save some money. John has been in contact with me ever since. I feel I'm in very capable hands!

The girl who answered honestly was the worst. All I wanted was a quote and it took over an hour, took her 15 minutes to get my name and DOB, I was placed on hold for half of this 25 minute call and was then asked to call me back. Got a call back an hour later from the initial call to ask for receipts and backups from the prior owner on the leak they had. What in the world is this! I've never heard of any places asking for all this and this is just for a QUOTE! Extremely frustrated for wasting my time just to attempt to get a quote where StateFarm and Connect both gave me a quote in under 15 minutes. I told her to just give me a quote as I have nothing and she quoted me $1600 for now. I expressed how irritated this whole process of this place was and to cancel everything I have asked for. This girl needs some customer service and knowledge skills. Putting a potential client on hold for half the call is not cool, telling me you need someone to look over your quote because you're unsure.
