Not happy with this Company. Lots of promises made but not carried out. Materials were back ordered…read moreand and then they didn't order the right amount, so had to order more singles, then then didn't have enough flashing and they had to reorder that. Then when they were almost done with the singles we had a neighbor across the street Point out that over the garage that the singles didn't look straight. They had to be taken off and redone. They couldn't find a door that need to be replaced so we just didn't get it replaced. We had to Replace screens and they had us take them out and then put them back in. Some of the window wheren't too bad to do but others up High were difficult. We had to have our son come put them in. Travis said how Great the workers cleaned up. I'm still finding stuff in Bushes. We had all the Materials In our drive way for almost 6 months. I was watching to avoide them and ended up hitting our baskeball hoop post. I also got a nail in my car tire. We discovered this while in a trip. We had to have it fixed at a small gas station. It did fine until we got home and then it starter losing air again. I took the car into Costco where we bought the tires. They said it couldn't be fide and they discontinued the tires we had on, so had to buy 4 new tires. They just farley hit the dead line for the Insurance to Pay there part.

Location: Rock Island…read more Pat came out last fall (2025) and provided an estimated on a 40 foot long gutter on a split level, which has a long roof line. Estimate included addressing the facia and optional leaf guard which I accepted to install. Pat indicated he works in the winter if above 20 degrees Fahrenheit. As December was full of snow, I expected early spring. Pat showed up Feb 5 (2026)! Pat got to work and immediately ran into a mess. Instead of one day, it took two. I estimated worst case with Pat's estimate. I knew it would be more, but much less than expected. Most important, Pat pointed out the issues and how he would address them. (roof edge slightly short but could compensate; facia not flush, but beveled so beveled spacers to attach the gutter so it would be square to the roof). I wasn't surprised Pat found problems, but shocked at the outcome. Unbelievable how well it looks. Quality work. Still waiting for that first rain to see it perform! Pat even told me: your house leans a little downhill to the north (gutter on the front east side of the house). The water needed to run south. Unless are look closely, you can't see all they did to fix the facia and even one roof joist. Hands down. You want the gutter put on right, ESPECIALLY when hidden issues are discovered? Call Pat West Gutter. He's probably seen it all with his roughly 40 years in the business. Worth every penny to have it down right the first time. I recommend Pat West Gutter without hesitation. Lastly, they clean the debris once the job is done. Thanks Pat (and Kevin)!

He looked at the job I wanted done and when he told me the price I was amazed! He said that four men would show up Saturday morning and do the job. Saturday morning arrived and at 7:30 they were here. It was Dave's son who looked at the job and immediately got everyone organized and did the job! He even tightened up some of the downspouts on my house and I didn't even ask him to do it. I asked him to give me a bid on what it would cost to put covers on my existing gutters. He went to his truck and figured it out and came back with the product he'd use on my house. Again the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use these guys again! They cleaned up everything quickly and the work they did was excellent!
