Despite having to try various different things and receiving conflicting advice from various experts, my car now has its air conditioning working perfectly. I had been having a…read moreproblem with a noise in my front driver tyre and was worried about whether something was stuck in my wheel or the bearings were going. I called them up Friday afternoon and asked if I should get a wheel alignment so they could see if there is anything in there. They said just come in and we will have a look and go from there. I went in on Saturday morning, they took it out the back, jacked it up for a look, and did a wheel balance (I think) to check that everything was okay. Luckily found nothing wrong, finished within half and hour.. AND did not charge me a thing. I was happy to pay for that 1/2 hour but no. I am beyond happy with their treatment and service and will be going there from now on for all my car needs.

Emails were returned promptly & phone calls returned on time. The work done on the car came out like it was off the showroom floor. The paint job is superb, and even though all panels were not painted, you would never know as it all matches so well. The general workmanship on the non-structural elements such as paint matching and panel alignment were also substandard. I could see the structural damage with my naked eye so I assume they thought I was stupid enough for them to lie to me that the car was fixed - I found it dishonest and offensive. The car ended up being written off by the insurance company because to rectify their shoddy repairs was not viable. I lost a rare badged vehicle which, if repaired properly first up, would still be on the road.

Melbourne Motorcycle Fairings did a great job back then so I looked them up recently as I needed some work done and I was pleased to see they also now do servicing. They're customer service is great - they pay attention to what's wrong / needs doing; they're honest about what they'll do and how long it'll take and they respond promptly to calls and emails. Their work ethic is extremely high and the work they do is excellent. I'm really pleased with the finished job, and the fact that they also fixed up a few other little bits that they spotted needing doing, all for the same price quoted - which is a really good, fair price. After some research I short listed Melbourne Motorcycle Fairings and was quite happy when they were also a preferred repairer of my insurance company. Great communication from the shop throughout the repair process. In the end my bike was only off the road for a week and once everything was done they dropped it off to my place of work late on a Friday afternoon.
