Not considering emergencies that are no faultnof your own is not a way of dismissing a student who only missed a day and who has wriiten verification. Staff is very unorganized. When you call to speak to a particular person they always haveban excuse there response you will get a call back and never do. You keep calling so it appears they are being coached to repeat that exact response. Their sunshine on the go nursing isn't any better one staff member is very rude when you give a no response you are hung up on and no consequence is given for the disrespect. Alot of students get aid from the state for these classes but they are not charity cases they are human and deserve to be treated as a paying customer. You can not talk to them any kind of way and the owner feels she can and not receive consequences. The owner is very confrontational and as a owner of a company and regardless how long she has been an owner her management skills need to change. My recommendation, new owner and new staff and you'll receive better reviews. If you're being yelled at or cursed out it could of been something they said to cause that kind of reaction.

During the class my "Colleague" would often disrupt the class with constant complaining and negative remarks. This would often upset not only myself, but the other students. Administration would have to pull her out of class to have private conversations to defuse the situation(s) . I am normally not the type of person to comment on situations that don't necessarily involve me however, I was SHOCKED at this review especially when she was the student that caused so many unnecessary disruptions. We've witnessed the faculty trying to work with this student however, she remained resentful and uncooperative. Healthcare Training Solutions honestly has benefited me and my career as Certified Nursing Assistant so much. I really appreciate the one on one attention I received from the instructors. All the skills I obtained, I am currently putting to use working at an assisted living facility! I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. My U-Haul was to bring large furniture to my new apartment there were never even any trash bags in the truck. I asked to review the footage and was told it would be sent to me. It's been four days, and I have not received any footage, just photos of trash bags nowhere near where I left my truck. I asked the woman on the phone to review the footage, as I was certain I hadn't dumped any trash, but she refused. I had to go through UHaul to get my money back, and I never received any apology or acknowledgment that I was accused of something I did not do and then charged.
