Bank OZK Management,…read more I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding the recent closure of my account at your Dahlonega, GA branch. I opened an account with your institution approximately three months ago and had made several small deposits and withdrawals without issue. As I was in the process of selling my home and moving to Dahlonega, my account was briefly inactive for about a month while I arranged for large fund transfers. Without any prior notification or head-up, my account was inexplicably closed. I was literally in the process of trying to transfer a very large sum of money to this account when I discovered the closure. This lack of communication and unprofessional account management is unacceptable, especially from a financial institution. I am beyond outraged by this action and would highly recommend that potential customers stay away from this type of arbitrary behavior.
