They have ez Xtremely poor customer servixe. Yalk to you like you are an idiot would definitley not recommend this bank. Julie in the mortgage department likes to talk to you lime you are an idiot. Then has the gall to call and leave a message sayi g she doesnt care how I talked tI her. Well lady you were the one that talked down to me. Associated bank needs some classes on customer service. read more

A small town bank with big town service. I've banked here now for about 6 months. I have since moved to another town since I opened up the account. They are "the official bank of the Green Bay Packers". This is evident when you walk in to the lobby and see a live sized cut out of Aaron Rodgers. If that wasn't evident enough when I opened an account there I got a foam cheese hat and my choice of a Packer travel mug or autographed copy of Aaron Rodgers. What really impresses me about this bank is when my credit card number got pirated, they notified me that there was a hold on the card due to suspected fraud. They verified my last purchase and dismissed the fraudulent one's after that. I had a new card with in a week. I know other banks do the same thing but this one took care of me. I only wish there was a branch in my town or at least an ATM. read more

This local bank is located on the corner of 3rd st and Louisiana street. A very convenient location in downtown Sturgeon Bay on the main drag. My husband and I have been customers of this bank for a while and have never had a bad experience. We have always been treated well, with smiles and excellent customer service. The tellers are friendly, and the bankers are knowledgeable and always willing to help fix a problem or help you open accounts, take out loans, etc. read more

In a short period of time with Associated Bank I have been intentionally mislead, lied to by employees at this branch as well as at the main customer service location, and suffered very poor treatment by the branch manager when I made an in-person inquiry on the way back from a day of recreation. I guess I need to bring along my suit to get reasonable respect. The initial complaint was troubling but the way the issue was handled by Associated Bank staff was worse. Abby, a senior associate in customer service, told me she had no supervisor and that I was unable to speak to anyone further. Of course, I was told it was a miscommunication after I revealed the call was being recorded. She said it was because it was lunchtime. LOL This organization has a proven culture of systemic fraud and misinformation. IMO anybody who values their time or honest business relationships should NOT do business with ANY Associated Bank Branch. read more

As a POA for my dads estate they were rude, cruel, uncooperative and sarcastic when I was trying to close accounts after his death. These attitudes have been my experience every time I have dealt with them over the last 5 years dealing with both my parents accounts as their POA. NEVER Would I consider using this bank for my finances given my experiences!! The only reason I stayed with them at all was that it was easier, given my folks had established accounts, and limited activity on their accounts. Consistently if I did need to Call or ask questions I got inaccurate or conflicting information. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They love to make up new arbitrary rules as they go along. Again run from this bank, I did!!

A couple of emails and texts, and the next day I showed up and met with Sara, the Loan Officer at the Menominee Branch. I was in and out the door with everything signed and a check in my hand in under 15 minutes. Superb customer service and great loan terms. Nice looking branch building with plenty of parking. I am going to close my local Farmers & Merchants account and deal with PFCU as my local bank from now on, and when I refi my house in a couple years, I will be sure to contact them first.
