They obviously have enough business at their Sturgeon Bay location at 225 N. 5th Avenue. I tried to open an account, but they seemed to have VERY LITTLE interest in dealing with me, so I helped them out and DIDN'T. Try Nicolet Bank. They have a branch right next door and they want customers (old and new), ...treat them right, ....and will welcome you.

We had a very unique situation. If I'm ever in the position to move all of my accounts, I won't think twice about where to take them. I'm considering it as I type this out. They have all of the amenities of a large bank, but the hometown feel of a private credit union. I hope they thrive here in Illinois. I love having the ability to bank seamlessly between states without worrying about fees.

Run from this bank! They are very adversarial to their customers, and their fees are significantly…read moremore than other banks. As a POA for my dads estate they were rude, cruel, uncooperative and sarcastic when I was trying to close accounts after his death. These attitudes have been my experience every time I have dealt with them over the last 5 years dealing with both my parents accounts as their POA. NEVER Would I consider using this bank for my finances given my experiences!! The only reason I stayed with them at all was that it was easier, given my folks had established accounts, and limited activity on their accounts. Consistently if I did need to Call or ask questions I got inaccurate or conflicting information. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They love to make up new arbitrary rules as they go along. Again run from this bank, I did!!
