I ordered a taxi a few times for my boyfriend to get to work on time he has to be to work at 6:00 am so I call at 5:15 at the earliest to make sure they here and he's still late to work because they came at 5:55 am a few time luckily his boss is understanding they are not prompt they don't come at the time frame they give and they very unprofessional over the phone as well I wouldn't recommend try other taxis read more

I called the day before, to request a taxi at 8:30 to make my 9:30 train. At 8:40, I called and they called and told me the taxi was stuck behind a bus, but was almost there. I called every ten minutes after that, and got the same story ("Almost there!" "Right around the corner!"). Finally, they just started hanging up on me when I called (and it was too late to get a new taxi by the time I realized they were lying- it would have taken any taxi company at least 10-20 minutes to get to me). So, I missed my train- I realize it's hard to get taxi's to places on time, however I could have found another way to get there if they didn't lie. read more

Mother's day 2018, called for a taxi to get my Mom home safely after a lovely day, my home is behind another building so I informed the dispatcher to call when the taxi driver arrived. Somehow we did not hear the phone. We called back to inquire, that nasty, rude dispatcher said our taxi had already came and left, we apologized and asked for a new one, the evil nasty lady refused. I don't use taxi's as a rule but my car is in disrepair at the time being. I got into the taxi ,arrived at my home. The meter stated 10.00 I gave the driver a twenty dollar bill and received five ones. On questioning why the change was incorrect, the driver stated there us a fifteen dollar minimum. I was so upset and got out of the taxi without asking to see the stated minimum amount. I feel this a rip off not only do you pay 2.50 just to sit in the vehicle at the start of the ride. So basically they received 7.50 in free gas. I told everyone at work and else wise all agree not to use this company again..Highly disgusted and disappointed. Where did high standards go? read more

I called for a taxi for my daughter. She only had a mile and a half to her destination. Associated taxi told me that the charge was $3.00 per mile, a minimum charge of $5.00.. The driver picked my daughter up and dropped her off at her destination which again was only a mile and a half at most. He charged her $8.oo And a $2.00 tip, a total of $10.00. I called associated to complain and the dispatcher told me the driver said that my daughter was a no show. When confronted the driver said that oh yea I picked her up but she was at the address next store, which was not true. The dispatcher said that it was the drivers word against mine. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused, she told me that someone would call me back. That call back never happened. Granted the over charge was only about $4.00 but just think about how many times they do this to their customers per day!!!!. This was my daughters first time having to take a taxi.....What a terr able experience for her to have. Think twice about taking associate taxi. read more
