Micah listed her house on a Friday and we were in contract by Sunday night. There were some repairs requested by the new buyer and I live in another state. So, Micah arranged with contacts of his to do repairs (at extremely reasonable rates) quickly and made sure that keys were available when needed since I could not be there. I have bought and sold houses before and this was the smoothest process I have experienced. Micah is very professional and a delightful person to be around. I cannot recommend him enough!
