They are an excellent company and we have almost eight years experience with them and will continue as long as we have our rental property. They find tenants quickly and Tony is extremely responsive to them and us; he always addresses any issues and lets us weigh in on the larger items. We've had a few sets of tenants now and no major issues Tony can't resolve. In fact, the most concerning issue we had with a tenant who left before contract ended, Tony swiftly resolved with ease and the tenant paid the rent. He was on top of it - no drama.
