Do to their unprofessionalism they did not see the email and never contacted me. I reach back out to them and they said well now the taxes will be late because you did not upload your documents. Even once I had proven I had uploaded them, my taxes still would have been late because they do not check their emails. Not only that their phone system half the time goes straight to voicemail or they do not pick up. When I told him of my disappointment they simply said oh well and took no responsibility. I would not trust these people with your personal information! FIND SOMEONE ELSE Trust me! They are UNPROFESSIONAL , RUDE, and very hard to get in contact with!
