This week's task was handling a potential infestation of rodents. Oh joy! Nothing like having your home be a home for unwanted critters, and, well, eww. Roberto showed up on time, even messaging when he was on his way, listened to my concerns, and took a look around our basement. I was relieved to find out that it did not appear as if we had a big problem, or at least as big of a problem like I had feared, and that he would look outside as well. Once outside, Roberto inspected the house and found the likely point of ingress for mice. It made total sense because the gap in the siding coincided with where the soffit for the ductwork is in the basement. He gave me quotes on the services that were available, ranging from quarterly visits to a one-time sealing of the house, and then gave me some ideas on what I could do to handle some things myself. The service charge was $99, and if you sign up for one of their quarterly services or another one of their offerings, then that service charge is rolled into part of the overall fee. I was super-pleased with that part of the arrangement and I look forward to utilizing their services. Very responsive, easy to set an appointment, and a relatively thorough inspection, all in the span of less than an hour. Great experience!

The sails person was very kind but didn't explain the billing process clearly…read more The first scheduled spraying the person did not show up even when he called says he was 30 minutes out. I was able to connect anyone. Later they rescheduled and the Man who sprayed the outside of the house was very kind and even waved at the kids. So I thought ok everyone makes mistakes. Then when it came time for our next spray no one was getting in touch with us. I contacted them through text and no one replied then they sent a text saying that they would come for the quarterly spay past the due date for them to spray. They gave us the date but no time and no call before hand. When we called to ask about when they were coming they told us the person already was by but couldn't do it because the dog was out at 10am. No one contacted me or my husband at all and the neighbors doorbell camera doesn't show anyone arriving at that time. I just don't find any of the services we have experienced as professional. I have never actually had a company upset me so much just over professional quality. We still have to deal with them for the rest of the year contract. Hopefully they turn down better so I can delete this review. But I doubt it. I %100 am done with this company and would cancel except they chard you to get out of there contact. A contractor they can't even keep.

We were told mud wasps could be brushed out, but the service report listed those areas as merely "inspected " not treated or eradicated as we had been told. There was also a significant amount of webbing left behind, especially at the back of the house to the point we weren't even sure the technician had been there. The only real evidence he visited was that he left our back gate wide open, we caught it before letting her dog out, but that could've been a problem. After weighing our options, we decided the $225 early cancellation fee was worth it to move on. I will include pictures taken after the service.
