Horrible experience dealing with Texas asphalt services . The quality of the job was terrible . Inconsistent depth of product from 5" to less than 2". The asphalt is coming up in sheets, you can't even use a push broom on it . They broke a piece of my concrete drive and dumped oil and fluids all over the new concrete drive. Do not use Texas Asphalt Services which is also known as Black Rock Paving and Seal Coating. Poor workmanship. Paid $18k. Got a 5 year warranty but paving started eroding after only two months. Do your homework and suggest you not use this company. Bad workmanship. read more

In January 2024 they repaved our parking lot. They failed to complete the job in the time frame promised. They knocked down a flag pole and have made numerous excuses for not replacing it. They have failed to complete the work they promised on their bid. Now in April, holes are appearing in the blacktop. They have canceled appointments to come to repair them. They have also refused to provide us with the terms of the warranty they promised. read more
