I have contacted their offices, left messages and text to the General Manager and the contractor with no response. I paid for the services which they said that I needed before they could repair the floor, which they never did. I paid for underbelly lining to be put up under my home of which they did not do. I clearly marked on the memo section of the checks given to them for services, that the warranties be honored as well as the additional damages repaired. The company told the BBB that they have a video to share of the work that they performed. I provided pictures and texts confirming my complaint/damages of which I exchanged with the General Manager and Contractor. I was reassured that they would make it right and repair and do the work......to date they have not contacted me. I can provide the pictures and text messages verifying this additional post.
