Bob uses contractors he does not know or finds on craigslist and when they do garbage work and you complain to him his response is what would you like me to do or as he said to my wife that we she was being to picky when she complained that the front cement steps where falling apart and that the spackling was cracking. When I complained to him that the basement floor was cracked and had a 2inch hump. His response was that he was never building a home again in the winter. How did that help us. Also the quality of Simplex homes is awful. We've had electrical problems and they don't tell you that interior studs our on 24"centers and if someone slams a door the whole house shakes. Go with a stick built done by a more reputable builder. The modular wont save money and you wont be as happy.
