Shelby from Abode called me and from then on, there was only one choice for me - Abode. Shelby was personable, warm and it was obvious she was willing to help me in any and every way possible. Then we met Nicole, the nicest, most caring and helpful hospice nurse I've ever known. No request has been too large or small. We met Angela next, and her help in getting my spouse into our home was invaluable! We couldn't have done it without her. During her final hours, Tara from Abode came to our home in the middle of the night, in the rain, and was here with me when my spouse breathed her last breath. She made herself available to me any day, any time. As a group, the caring and kind team at Abode continue to make me feel like I'm part of their family and they have stressed that I can call them any time if I have questions or problems. I won't ever consider any other company but Abode, should I ever need hospice service. They are the whole package! Gayle T.

It's comforting to see how patient and respectful they are with him, and how much effort they put into making sure he's comfortable and safe. What I really appreciate is how easy they are to work with as a family. If we ever had questions or needed to make a change, the office staff was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Having their support has taken a lot of stress off our shoulders during a difficult time, and I'm thankful we chose FirstLight Home Care for my dad's care.

Dear Eagle Ridge Team, I am writing to express my deepest…read moregratitude for the extraordinary care you provided to my mother, Charlotte Knob, during her time at Eagle Ridge. She passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 90, and I want you to know that the compassion and dedication she received from your staff made all the difference in her final months and days. The team on the east wing--particularly the CNAs and nursing staff--cared for my mom as if she were their own family member. During her hospice time and throughout her stay, they were there for her when I couldn't be, providing not just medical care but genuine warmth and kindness. Hearing her tell them that they were her favorite people and that they took good care of her made my heart extremely happy. Those words meant everything to me. The activities staff were simply amazing, always including her in their projects and making sure she never missed bingo. In the beginning, the occupational therapy staff worked tirelessly to help her maintain her independence for as long as possible. Every department worked together seamlessly, creating an environment where my mom felt safe, valued, and loved. Kira and Patricia, your leadership sets the tone for everything that happens at Eagle Ridge. Through every challenge my mom endured, you ensured she was comfortable and happy. The admiration I have for you and your entire team will last a lifetime. I don't know how to fully put into words the thoughtfulness and lasting memories I will carry with me--watching your staff care for my mom with such dignity and kindness through all the trials of aging. You work in a field that doesn't always give back what you put in, but please know that what you do matters profoundly. You changed my mother's life, and you gave me peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time. Eagle Ridge is an extraordinary facility, led by people who genuinely care and who are there to help those who need it most. Thank you for everything you did for my mom and for our family. With sincere gratitude, Her Daughter.
