Signed up to have care for my mother two days a week. In between the time I signed the contract…read moreand when they were to come out for the first time, my mom ended up in the hospital, subacute rehab, and ultimately, a care facility. They never came out to see her as she was not there. I had to cancel the service and was still charged "per the contract". They charged me for two days of service even though the first week they were only going to see her one day (because per the contract they were going to start seeing her two days a week). The gentleman from billing that I spoke with (Joshua) was not empathetic nor very compassionate, all about the contract and what we signed. Not remotely caring that we were cancelling because she couldn't come home again. I would think carefully before hiring this company to care for your loved ones. They actually did not seem to care.
