Not only did they not clean everything on the list, but no one from the company had advised me otherwise. 3-I contracted them for 4 hours of cleaning a completely empty, one-level 1600+ house, which should have been plenty of time. I asked that they contact me if they needed more time, but no one from the company contacted me. 4-There were no post-clean photos that they could provide to me. 5-Our landlord charged us an additional $150 to have a 2nd professional cleaner come in and RE-CLEAN our place as she noted the place was not properly cleaned. When I called to discuss the issues and concerns we had with Lucky Services, the manager was rude and unprofessional. At one point she hung up on me. Offered only an apology for the mistakes. AWFUL.
