Made my appointment. You can never speak to the office, only an answering service, this answering service is located in Florida, Alabama, Kentucky. I am in Pennsylvania. They scheduled an appointment for me. I took the day off of work and drove 30 miles to this location. When I walked in, the blue haired receptionist, said, "too bad, your appointment was cancelled, we called you several times and sent you a few e-mails to confirm this". I had to re-schedule for another week. Outside the clinic, one of their patients told me, "good luck, they do this all the time....the dentists go to classes in order to learn how to pump up the bills and it takes them months and months to get your dental work done". I got home, checked my email, nothing. I have 'caller ID', no one called me. I tried to call the office, but you can't reach the office, you just get the answering service. The answering service tells you that they are sorry and you can talk to a "special member" about this...however, after waiting 25 minutes to speak to this "special member", and due to "high call volume", I had to hang up. Sadly, in this small, town, there are no other dentists available and you have to go through this and play the game, in order to see a dentist. I have no idea if I will be seen next week, or if I will just waste my time going there again. There is no way to reach the office to confirm your appointment. A TOTAL SCAM Just called and asked why they lied about calling me. She said she is cancelling my appointment and to go somewhere else. Is this a medical facility or a joke? read more

If I could give a negative 10, I would. This office is so incompetent, it is NOT funny! Right down to the receptionist!!! Canceled my appointment without telling me. Said the dentist could hurry-up with my appt. but he/she would have to be fast. RUDE???? ABSOLUTELY!!! Misdiagnosed me. Had to go to the ER after waiting over 2 months to get in to see anyone. Was in so much pain and no one cared! Had to go to a dentist an hour and a half away, after calling the emergency Number and NO ONE called me back. They pulled my infected tooth and I was pain-free as soon as they took the tooth out! No one should have to suffer for over 2 months with pain! They messed up my insurance also. Had a cracked took but, it was salvageable. It needed to be bonded. Doc says no. He has to pull it. Ok. If it needs to be pulled...allow me to help. I pulled the tooth right in front of him. The hygienist said I have 2 cavities and periodontal disease. She said..."you can't just go to the dentist every few years and expect nothing to be wrong". I take excellent care of my teeth. Finally got access to reputable providers once I relocated. I had attempted to have my wisdom teeth extracted here with a referral from a reputable provider who explained up front that they had insufficient training to extract my wisdom teeth but did an amazing and fair job with their dentistry. However, I had an appointment with a younger provider who was seemingly in a hurry and a bit overconfident to say the least, that did not go well. This was the shortest appointment of my life, even as far as examination of my mouth and the referral form/x-ray to see what care could/should be provided at this clinic at this time. He spent maybe several minutes looking at my teeth and dismissing the need for extraction at all. In the meantime, the office had no problem charging me about $200-$400 out-of-pocket as a college student who did have insurance for this "appointment." Needless to say, I will never go to any Aspen Dental location in my life ever again and would advise anyone to stay away from this location indefinitely. If you have access to other options, use them! If not, I hope the best for you and your health and urge you to be cautious. read more

don't bother going to the st. clair office. it's horrendous, they will hang up on you, over talk you, never answer you. they wanted to pull a tooth that didn't need to be pulled. they made me pay for it before it was pulled. i changed my mind and left and said i want a refund. it's been 1 month, no refund. one excuse after the other. this place is a scam. read more

awful staff. first visit since it's free they treat you like a dog. I got a bad gag reflex and whenever I told an assistant who was doing xrays or looking at my tooth or the doctor they looked at me like I was crazy and had smart comments and terrible attitudes. doctor did a full exam of my mouth before I even got to tell him while I was there. also scheduled a appointment 2 months in advance per there requirements because i needed a extraction. turns out the guy to do that wasn't there that day and I ended up finding out a month later after having to call multiple times that he wasn't coming back. also been calling for 3 months wondering if I should get back on antibiotics and never got a single call back. just tried calling again and straight to voicemail twice. I never left a review to anyone before but when it comes to patients and having absolute no care for them it's just unreal. don't give them your business or your trust just a awful team and staff. read more

Fast & friendmy service! After my son had 2 teeth removed, the doctor even called to check up on him & gave his personal cell phone number in case we had any problems or concerns! HOWEVER...... I am highly displeased with the cost! All together, it was about $2800+, with my insurance leaving me with having to pay almost $900 out of pocket! I was offered to apply for financing, but for whatever reason, was denied. If not for being just 1 like from our home & that they took my dental insurance, I would've sought another dental provider. Rather displeased with the cost, but can complain about the standard of patient care. read more
