WOW we rolled YAHTZEE on the first throw of the dice. We met the staff for the initial consultation and they were all super nice and no pressure for unneeded things. We expected a upsell on everything like they do at aspen dental (horrible company) but they recommended what we needed done with no fluff or lies. We had our teeth cleaned today by Miss Grisel and this had to be the best and most thorough cleaning we have had in our 60+ years of life. We were very surprised that we got the appt. the very next day after our consulatation and even more shocked that we will get work needed done tomorrow. If you need a teeth cleaning ask for Grizel for sure. Tomorrow we get a couple cavities filled and I will get a crown. The prices were resonable and we expect all will go great. When we met Dr. Gonzalez he was professional and exuded confidence and knowledge. I highly recommend this Lehigh Acres location for all your dental needs. She was explaining the extreme cost for all of my teeth. I was being talked down to because I didn't have $20,000 in the bank saved for dental work. The hygienist from my last visit seemed very inexperienced and I was in the chair a good hours just waiting for someone to figure out my insurance coverage. It was not time well spent and I do value my time. Today's hygienist was experienced, but had to recheck the last one's findings and plan for today's deep cleaning. The former hygenist is no longer with the office. Again, 40 minutes in the chair waiting to figure out insurance coverage and my out of pocket expenses. And a big nit pick is that they apply fluoride before asking and then I am asked to pay for it when I check out. I have declined fluoride every time I was asked and that should be noted in my chart. Today, the hygienist told me he was about to apply it and I told him that I decline because insurance does not cover it. He said, "oh, you are right."I I believe patient visits could be vastly improved with better staff experience, time management and communications.

I spent 3 hours on my first visit and ended up leaving because I had another appointment. The person taking the Xray seemed inexperienced. She did a partial when I asked for a complete X-ray. I was rescheduled and again had the same person who I again told I did not want a partial X-ray but the full one and I insisted on getting a cleaning. It took more than an hour of taking X-ray's (which X-rays of the mouth is very uncomfortable), I later found out, it was only a partial done AGAIN. I also told the dentist about a pain I sometime feel, she examined the teeth and the X-ray and said she couldn't see anything except for a slight crack, she sent me to see a specialist about the pain, I told her I wanted a cleaning, she said she wanted to see what was causing the pain I went back a 3rd time and after waiting for more than an hour I was told they had to take a full X-ray . I said but they took a full x-Ray on my previous visit, she said the previous visits the assistant only took partials. I was furious, first off, it's uncomfortable to have these things hurting my gums and plus they are charging me for all this partial X-rays. I think this is their way of padding the bills. On top of it they had a rude hygienist who wanted to speak down to me like I had no right to advocate for myself. I had to leave work early. I was there for two and a half hours, and nothing was done. The doctor was still in surgery I was told. Altogether, I wasted approx. seven and a half hours and did not get what I wanted, which was a cleaning. If you need a dentist, please find somewhere else to go. Time wasters, awful staff. I wished I had read some of the reviews before I went there.

Everyone there takes such good care of you. I had unexplained pain from several teeth from years or mishandled, poor, and improper prior orthodontic care elsewhere and several other dentists shook it off....well Dr. Heredia found the problem that others couldn't, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and ensures that the proper procedure that you actually need for long term dental health is performed. His bedside manner is phenomenal. You can tell that he is so passionate about dentistry. Lots of other dentists would have either continued to shrug my problem off or make a fortune off me right off the bat and told me I needed things that I didn't and Dr. Heredia is not that kind of dentist. He is an honest man who does right by his patients and is not in the business of making money, he is in the business of caring for patients first and their outcomes. Dr. Heredia will never tell you that you need something that you don't. Dr. Heredia had to extract those teeth and as a young person normally you would be afraid of getting front teeth extracted, but Dr. Heredia put those fears to rest. He had a perfect temporary denture made using impressive technology that that matched my previous teeth shape size color and bite, performed a PAINLESS extracation of multiple teeth using a special tool for dental injections (yes PAINLESS INJECTIONS), and did bone grafting to have the sites be more suitable for implants. I am now on the road to getting implants done by Dr. Heredia where those teeth were. But in the meantime, I am left with a perfect smile that looks and feels the exact same as before and will look even better when the implants are done. I should add his technology and capabilities for implants are amazing, implants are one of his specialties. Days after the extraction I developed an unfortunate and very painful dry socket (not Dr. Heredia's fault) and his team got me in right away in an emergency with no wait and took such good care of me and cleaned it out and ensured I was no longer in pain. I walked in with unbearable pain and walked out perfectly happy. Trust me, Dr. Heredia and his team are the real deal. He is who you want and need as a dentist. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing dentist who will make you feel like part of their family and will get you taken care of promptly.
