I couldn't be more pleased! I came in for a new patient appointment postpartum and worried my dental health took a turn due to mental health concerns! Prior to this appointment I came in with my infant and immediately was told due to X-rays I couldn't be seen- NO WORRIES! I was taken back and given a Saturday appointment. The young lady as so kind and squeezed me in ( I can't thank her enough) My hygienist Amir was so kind and so educational and actually took the time to explain what I needed and why! Dental degradation runs in my family so I prioritize my oral health! The office manager Dayani was so so kind. Taking the time to explain my treatment plan and get the care I needed. Dr. Patel was very supportive and thorough about my filling. Made sure I was numbed and it took all of 30 mins... I've had fillings take hours. She took 30 mins!! As a new mom I rarely have time for myself! They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed for myself! The ENTIRE STAFF was warm, attentive and efficient! I don't know why you trying to call and talk to someone no one picks up I called 30-40 times and no one picks up the phone and they close at 6:00 I've been calling since 5:00 all I get is an answering machine . The most unpleasant dental clinic I have ever visited, I went for a routine cleaning and they ended up giving me a panoramic without my consent and all to charge the insurance !!! Dr Marc and Dr Soto are beyond amazing along with all of the staff and assistants! From the moment I walked in to the day of my surgery everyone was polite and caring. I just wanted 1 tooth pulled you guys convinced me I needed to have all my teeth removed and you were going to help,and I told them I'm on disability,can't work still they said DON'T worry.You pulled all my teeth talked me into signing a contract to pay back slowly never finished my bottom teeth cause I couldn't afford to pay so I'm walking around with no teeth and I went there and they said they couldn't do anything because my account! My wife and I went to this aspen dental to finds a new dentist because Cruzin Dental no longer was a provider on our insurance. My wife and I were seen separatly and we were both told we had periodontal disease and we needed deep cleanings and several thousand dollars worth of work. That was all a lie. We have never have gum disease or gum issues so we explained that and they insisted that we needed the work. We left and then got a bill in the mail even though the consultation was to be free. We had to go in and threaten to call the Department of profesional regulation for them to cancel that charge. Since that visit my regular dentist was placed back on our insurance. We went to get our teeth cleaned like we do every 6 months and were told LIKE ALWAYS we had healthy perfect gums. AVOID these scammers at all costs. My poor neighbor fell for their garbage and she owed 8000.00 for a cleaning and 1 crown. It is too late for her but not for you if you are reading this to see if you should go there. Funny thing about my neighbor is that they offered to finance her work through CareCredit credit. She was approved for.....you guessed it. 8000.00. This is the only place in Lehigh that takes United Dental.I was followed by the office manager for XRay, then the oral surgeon, who told me the worst case scenario that would cost $2,000 if it happened!! I told them to call me after they spoke with my insurance! The office manager followed me to my car to make sure he got the $144 for the appt. I will NEVER go back there again! Called and made an appointment to possibly have a tooth pulled, ask for the cost and was told $3-500, was told a full evaluation with digital X-rays would be $29. Went waited over an hour for doctor, everyone was nice. The place had very few patients, more staff than workers. I am an older man with noted tooth problems, so it didn't surprise me that dentist recommend pull all my remainder teeth and getting dentures or 4 on 4 fixed dentures. I said let's see the cost but probably at this time in the economic period I would just pull the one small tooth on the bottom. He said they would work a plan and come get me. 45 minutes later after threat to leave, the numbers person sat down with me and gave me the shock of my life $38,000 +. I told her I wasn't prepared to buy a new car today, then I said, what's the cost of the one tooth that was causing my pain. After number crunching she told me it was $2100, I about lost it. I repeated, one tooth and straight faces she said yes. I told her with out mincing words, I was quoted $3-500 and this was nuts. I promptly walked out. From reading reviews and noticing very few customers, this joint must be money laundering to stay in business, or people are very ignorant to the cost of things. Total rip off!!! I had X-rays, a broken tooth and a cleaning.... After insurance, $2,390!!!!! These people are crazy!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.... Now I have to start all over with a new dentist .... I will reporting them for overcharging patients..... they responded saying they would pass along my feedback... what good is that after I've been robbed and have to start over with another dentist ... very deceptive business practices here... now I am hearing from others similar stories about getting unnecessary services and crazy charges that no other dentists charge . If this business was fairly charging patients they would have a far more successful business .... I'll never go back and would not recommend anyone to go and be ripped off like I was.... They even charged me $135 for a toothbrush and never even gave me the toothbrush.. after several emails and being on hold over 20 Mounties I finally spoke to someone who just said "ooops" and promised a refund. I did get the refund but how many people are getting charged $135 for a toothbrush?!?! I could buy one heck of a toothbrush for that .... Just be careful out there ... read more

la clínica más mala q he asistido cuando llegué por primera ves era todos muy amable me hicieron una valoración de una limpieza profund,4 empaste ,y dos extracciones,cosas que en realidad las extracciones no se porque me las hicieron bueno me atendió la señora tahimy asesorada por su supervisor Emely me dijeron que toda la cuenta era de $7014 dólares y que el seguro solo cubría $4000 que tenía que aplicar para una tarjeta de crédito para poder completar los $7014 mi esposa aplicó y le dieron $3200 pues ya teníamos el monto total y sobraba dinero pues me dieron el tuno para el otra día donde me hicieron la limpieza y dos extracciones el mismo día cuando salí me dieron los turnos de los empastes dos en una semana y luego dos semanas más los otros dos pues el tercer día me llamaron para cambiar la fecha de los empastes como el 4 día se me hizo un granuloma los llamé y fue un gran problema para q me atendieran me siguieron posponiendo los turnos de los empastes y decidí ir a otra clínica quien les hizo una carta a ellos para que me repitieran la limpieza porque no había quedado bien un mes después me llamaron para hacerla después de llamar todos los días pues nunca me hice los empastes se supone que me tenían que devolver el dinero que ya mi seguro y la tarjeta que aplique habían pagado pues todo los días era un cuento distinto y decidí dejarlo todo así y no ir más a esa clínica pues hoy me mandan una factura de casi $200 dólares que debo he estado llamando a la supervisora Emely el día entero y pude hablar con ella hoy a las 6:35 de la tarde donde ella me explica que lo que se cobró fue casi $6000 dólares yo me pregunto y los $7014 que yo pagué entre el seguro y la tarjeta por la que apliqué donde quedaron esta Señora Emely tiene muy mala forma según ella me colgó y me dijo que no fuera más yo soy el que no voy a ir más a un lugar que le roba el dinero a las personas todavía me deben dinero de los 4 empastes que me cobran y no me los hice y todavía me dicen que debo $200 me siento discriminado maltratado y estafado por esta clínica de lehigh acres que se encuentra sobre la lee al la de starbucks read more

Total Rip Off!!!! Patients beware. They Will not work on you until you pay first. I had Cleaning, X-rays, two teeth extracted and a bridge removed? $17,000.00 While removing bridge they broke another tooth? I had to make another appointment to remove the broken tooth they broke and they charged me for their medical braking my Tooth. Then I received a parcel that covered the removed teeth. The Dentist helper put the parcel in but she noted it did not fit right, she had me put a piece of gaze on both sides and bit down, even knowing the parcel did not fit right (it rocked back and forth in my mouth). I was to come back in a week to fit the parcel in right, but I received a phone call to reschedule my appointment, two weeks later I went to the dentist and was told they had to reschedule my appointment? So two week later (5 weeks now) I was to come in again , so I showed up and they said they had to reschedule my appointment? I received a bill from Aspen Dental August 28 2024 for $350, when I got to the girl at the front desk Sept. 5 2024 at 6 PM, she told me I owed $750? But was told by the girl at the front desk they could not reschedule until I gave them the EOB, I got mad and asked what was going on. The office manager, the girl at the front desk and a big guy from the back all came out and told me they needed the EOB? I told them to keep the parcel because it does not fit. I will have it taken off the bill, But I was threatened my the Office Manager, She said they get the money from the customer first and when the Insurance pays Aspen will credit the money back to the customer? I had to take the parcel. After 6 weeks I am still waiting for the parcel to be fitted? AT THE MOMENT 9/7/2024, 3:19 PM, I DO NOT HAVE MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. THE OFFICE MANAGER SAID SHE WOULD PERSONALY SEE THAT I WOULD GET INTO SEE THEM (APPOINTMENT) TO FIT THE PARCEL? I TOLD HER I DID NOT BELEIVE A WORD SHE SAID AND THIS PROVES SHE IS A LIAR.
