The results were terrible and later confirmed by another dentist to be improperly performed. When I told Franklin street dentistry about the issue, I was met with nothing but problems. Admin staff was entirely neglectful with callbacks, scheduling, and sending the paperwork I needed (still waiting, months later). The "doctor" (if you can call him that), lied, messed up details, then basically just tried to say everything he did was fine. Then, after waiting a few weeks, when it was just a couple hrs before my appointment, they had Maria the office manager call to say they were dropping me as a patient. This appears to be because they don't stand behind their work. I had to pay thousands more since Franklin street ran up the bill and insurance doesn't like paying for the same things twice in a short period. All in all, this place completely worked me over. I would advise everyone to stay away as much as possible. This place cost me thousands and left me in extreme pain. Their attitude and unwillingness to provide proper care are truly disgusting. Again DO NOT GO HERE, unless you like throwing away money to practitioners who do not seem to care at all.

Despite taking care of my teeth regularly, I hadn't seen a dentist since moving back to the area in 2018 due to lack of dental insurance. The practice didn't have any of my dental history, so it only made sense that that they would need to do full x-rays, which was really thorough using quite advanced technology. The x-rays even appeared on a TV screen during my cleaning for assessment by an amazing dental hygienist, Brittany, who performed my cleaning on the level of a spa treatment (it seriously felt amazing). I then met the wonderful Dr. Jessica Brown who reviewed the cleaning as well as my x-rays and asked me some questions about whether my gum recession caused me any issues (80's child scrubber here) and even empathized that she deals with the same issue and recommended Sensodyne if it ever gives me a problem. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and the conversation was fun and enjoyable. For full x-rays and a cleaning my dentist submitted a $252 claim to my insurance which covered everything except for $100; this was expected based on the provider being out-of-network and doing my research before my visit. I chose this place due to its close proximity to where I live and the positive word-of-mouth reviews from other Evansville residents, and I couldn't be happier. Don't believe the haters, this place is amazing with even more advanced technology than my previous dentist in Washington, DC. It's like spa day for your mouth, you won't regret it.

She unfortunately developed dry socket and he and his staff were right there with us step by step to again keep her comfortable. They staff were always so friendly and professional. Within a week she was doing great and back to her normal self. We loved Dr. Edwards and would highly recommend him.
