How impersonable and inflexible! Life happens, things come up. Maybe try having a policy that if you cancel you still have to pay a certain amount if it's all about your time and money? I've never heard of a place dropping you because you have to reschedule more than ONE time. Try to have some respect that life happens and sometimes people need to reschedule.

I also figured that if they cared that much about restoring that old building in Uptown Marion, that they probably would care just as much, if not more, about their patients; which has proven to be very true.
