The worst place ever. You are not allowed in the rooms with the person you are with, not even your own child. They refuse to answer questions but they want that 6000 dollars tho. I would not recommend this branch especially if you are someone with Dental Anxiety. I went into day to figure out how much it was going to cost to get everything i needed done. Well I needed a tooth pulled and they said they could do it that day. Well we did and it was not a good experience at all. The dentist was pretty rough and still couldn't get the tooth. He then had someone hold my head and countinued to get the tooth out. I will not be back even though I purchased there dental plan. My face and mouth are extremely sore, and they did not stitch the whole or offer anything for pain. read more

The doctor was kind but the girls doing my x-rays were outright mean. I tried to explain that I was nervous because of prior bad experiences with dentistry and that I wasn't trying to be difficult. One of them used so much force trying to put the tools in my mouth that she scraped my top palette and it's been sore for hours. I was spoken to in condescending tones, huffed at, and saw one of them roll her eyes at me. As I said, the doctor himself was kind, but I left in tears and won't be returning. No patient deserves to be treated with this sort of blatant disrespect especially not when they're afraid and need your help. read more

I made an appointment over a month in advance and confirmed via text. I missed a call the day before saying verbal confirmation was needed. I also received a text that day confirming my appointment. I called back three times and could not reach anyone. I did leave a voicemail confirming. When I came in a bit early for the appointment, no one was at the desk for 10-15 minutes. When someone arrived, they told me they had canceled my appointment because I had not confirmed it. I asked them why they had not called me back or checked their voicemail and why they had waited until the day before to call. The response was "Oh, we're very busy." I missed there "2 day confirmation" call but I simply called them back afterwards the next day to confirm that I was coming to the appointment I drove 45 minutes there and arrived 10 minutes before the appointment They stated I would have to reschedule (next appointment which was a month and a half out) because I didn't answer there first callback and I was no longer able to go to this appointment because of this. This is absolute nonsense, when a customer calls in to tell you they will be there, and are there on time and you still turn them away? You have lost your minds and my respect, Your process and policy on this is disturbing. Change it. If anyone needs to have dental work done DO NOT GO TO Aspen Dental in Cape Girardeau. I had an appointment for my fiancé at 10:15 am! I show up at 10:18 and the lady says: "Sorry, you're appointment was at 10 am. You are 20 mins late and we can't see you." I explained to her that my fiancé had to take off work, my son had to miss school and we drove 30 miles. Could she squeeze us in at all because I KNOW my appointment was at 10:15. She says no I'm sorry. I find my email that says APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED FOR 10:15 AM. She tells me she can't do anything because her computer says 10 AM and even though I have the email confirmation in my hand it doesn't matter. I ask for the manager. SHE IS THE MANAGER.. We get into it. She asks me to LEAVE THE BUILDING. I tell her no. She is wrong and doesn't want to hear it. All I ask was she right her wrong. She says the best she can do is an appointment tomorrow. Some of us cannot take off work days in a row and make a 60 mile trip again! Finally, she says she made a call and they can squeeze him in for a limited check up even though I made his appointment in JANUARY and she was in the wrong, we still have to wait. Here it is 5 pm, we have NOT been seen yet!! 10:15 AM appointment it is now 5. RUDE and INCOMPETENT!! Horrible experience. I would not recommend them at all!!! Completely unprofessional! The "manager" has a hard time accepting responsibility for her wrongs and fixing them. Scheduled a consult appointment and they got me in within a few days which was great! I have severe dental anxiety and was told by the scheduler that they are very compassionate and could accommodate me. Therefore, I felt very at ease with scheduling so quickly. I drove an hour to my appointment only to find out it had been cancelled. No missed calls from them to confirm, no voicemails from them to confirm either. You see, they have a policy that new patients have to verbally confirm their appointments. The scheduler did not pass along this information to me, nor is it anywhere on their website. I received an email that had a spot to confirm appointment, but when clicked it said there was an error. I thought their website was just having issues and continued about my day. Tried again, still and error. However, I was supposed to call to confirm the appointment. Once told my appointment had been cancelled and someone had already filled my spot, I could sit and wait until someone no showed and they could get me worked in. I could have sat there for hours waiting on a new patient to no show. The staff had no empathy, no compassion. Just repeated their policy of confirming appointments like reading a script that is said to patients every day all day, Like a broken record. I was clearly upset and they did not care. Got my top denture from Aspen Dentle in Cape Within in the past 5mths 2 teeth have fallen out. Yes they fixed them but when I asked about getting a new one because these do not fit my mouth correct, the big gap between the roof of my mouth n the denture and when I tried to explain all the other things. I was basically shut down fast n told if your tooth falls out again we will fix it. The dentist done a dentle bite n said they are fine..no ma'am they are not the front teeth of my denture almost completely cover my bottom teeth! Aspen Dental has a great staff other than DAN RANGITSCH.... He has no respect for his clients or staff any any office he is at. I went there thinking i was going to see the Dentist i had my first appointment with Dr. Rajadeep (who is a wonderful lady who i highly recommend seeing) but instead this jerk came in and did not have any bed side manner. numbed my mouth and then came back 3 minutes later and started pulling on the side he last numbed. i felt it all and when i tried to tell him i can feel, he stated oh you feel that then kept going... he pulled all my teeth in less than 10 minutes and he broke 4 teeth. After he broke the first one he stated he was making a game out of it to see how many he could break. he also would not do anything i asked and was speaking badly of the staff at the Poplar Bluff office. He even went as far as calling Dr. Rajadeep, Doctor Ballsdeep... is that not sexual harassment ??? I had the worse experience and do not recommend anyone seeing the Doctor Dan Rangitsch. He needs fired!!!! He screwed up my mouth in this process. i am truly traumatized by what happened, so please do not see this Doctor. read more

This place is unprofessional. My girlfriend and I came here because she had an appointment at 12pm. We got here around 11:55am. After all the work was completed they had her sit up front to get her paperwork. Over a hour pass. Now, they have a sign on the door saying they went on lunch from 1 to 2. I was told that it was part of the treatment that I had already paid for. My total experience with Aspen was great, I have a fear of dentist and Dr Torres and Allanah were awesome at setting me at ease. I had my top dentures replaced and I had 7 teeth pulled never felt a thing. The pricing is not bad and they help you get financing if you need it Beth is really great at helping with this they tell you what everything is going to cost you up front at the first exam so you know ahead of time what it cost there are no surprises.
