I went in and got my exam, but at the end found out they did not accept my insurance. They still gave me a referral and my X-Rays so I didn't have to waste time getting them all done over again. The staff were courteous and wearing masks, though I didn't see any customers wearing masks. I was the only one until a Middle-Eastern couple came in wearing theirs. That leaves me disappointed in the customers more than the staff, though. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Never been to a dentist that wants to change your card before even seeing you. They have not even looked so how u know what to change

I was told consultation was free. I have dental insurance. I was told nothing would be done that was not covered without my consent and I would have to sign. I just got a bill for $103 for X-rays even though my insurance covers them this was something extra. Total crooks! read more

Terrible experience! I called and it sent me to a call center. When talking to the call center they took 45 minutes to get notes from me and said they would waive the first appointment with the consultation fee. I took PTO off to go to the office (it was an hour drive away) 1.5 hours before my appointment I get a call asking why am I coming. I was like is it not in the notes? They said no. zero notes. And I would need to come in for a consultation. WHAT. I was told it was canceled. Then I'm told well sorry, the call center gave zero notes. So your telling me I wasted 45 mins on the phone and I wasted PTO. Terrible ran business. Is the call center even in America at this point. Support your local dentist, not call centers. read more

I definitely got lucky going to this dental office. Usually it's just a shot in the dark . Went far beyond my expectations for a corporate office. This was the 1st time I have ever been made to feel comfortable in a dentist office. Every associate was friendly and listened to my concerns. read more

I had put off going to a Dentist for years due to my Dentist retiring. While on vacation recently I started getting tooth pain. I set up an appointment using the app on a Sunday as I arrived back home with the grandkids. On arriving for my appointment, they were quick and friendly! Gave me a solution to my pain and a plan to help me with all my dental problems. The very next day Dr. Herring removed a broken tooth fixing all my pain. I will go back to Dr. Herring to fix all my dental issues over the next few months. I wish I had gone sooner, but highly recommend Aspen in Calhoun, GA. Thanks! read more

If you need just a filing or a cleaning, go somewhere else that the dentist actually listens. I'm embarrassed the money I paid for basically a shade tree dentist to fix. Can't wait to go somewhere good to remove this midget crown that doesn't look like it belongs in a infants mouth! GFY read more

new in town we went to Aspen dental for the free exam and x-rays advertised for new pts. Were we surprised to hear what they recommended and it was going to be over $1,000.00 each. We wanted to have a basic cleaning and sign up for regular check ups. What a surprise to hear the answer, flat out NO. I might add very rude also. The only good thing at this place was the gentleman at the front desk, We found another dentist and got what we wanted with a very good and pleasant experience for ALOT LESS COST. Aspen Dental is not patient friendly. they are way to corporate they need to learn TO RESPECT THE PATIENT. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even for the free exam. read more
