The office staff and assistant Danielle were great!! Very courteous and professional, however, Dr. Mahavadi needs more training. She did 2 filling and after both teeth were rough to the touch. She tried to make it better but was not successful. I chose this practice due to location but now see it's worth the drive to see someone else. read more

I was scheduled to replace three O-rings on lower denture. I Left their office with nothing but a full exam and a pano x-ray (I have no teeth). I received a highly over priced treatment plan and no O-rings. I've called twice waiting for their response to ordering my size O-rings, with no return phone calls. Ultimately, I drove 40 miles to college station, Affordable Dentures, who completed my treatment same day. read more

scheduled appointments for our kids/family over a month ago to specifically be seen during spring break so we didnt have to miss school. When scheduling we asked them to check to make sure our kids could be seen. We were told they see 6yo+. Received a call today, 4 business days before our appointments, stating they don't see anyone under 13. Absolutely ridiculous. Get your sht together Aspen dental. If they can't even get appointments straight, I highly doubt the quality of dental care is there either, so I guess thanks for helping us dodge that bullet. read more

Looked at the yelp reviews for Aspen Dental and I did not think anyone could be that bad. However, made an appointment and waited in the waiting area for 45 minutes. Then someone finally came out and took me back to an office and stated rhe Dentist was still in surgery and they will take xrays, exmine the tooth and pull the tooth. How did the know the tooth needs pulling when they had not even taken xrays. Then I told them the tooth does not need to be pulled but a root canal needs to be done. Then they said if a root canal is needed they would not have a dentist available for a month. Then they said have a seat and we will do the xrays and exam. I did not feel like waiting another 45 minutes and left. I would not recommend Aspen Dental. read more

I did not like anything about my visit to Aspen Dental Brenham. I went in to have my teeth whitened. They rushed me through exams and said I needed $ 15,000 worth of other dental work. They wanted to pull 2 teeth and said I would need implants to replace these teeth. I went somewhere else and paid for a second opinion. I was told there was nothing wrong with my teeth after all. I felt like Aspen rushed the exam and were trying to Hustle me. I would not recommend. read more

I went in for my first time visit today and after getting x-rays done the hygienist rushed me to make a decision about my teeth and said I had to make 2 appointments. So when I went for my deep teeth cleaning she only did 1/2 of my mouth and when I asked she said let me get a quote. I thought I was getting my whole mouth done but the she followed with it will be double the price. The office staff is very kind and beyond helpful! Ms. Danielle guided me through the whole process from start to finish and was able to answer all my questions as I start the process of having teeth extracted for eventual dentures! Originally, I had planned and scheduled for one problem tooth to be removed and by the time my appointment came, I had received enough in donations to have my 3 worst teeth extracted. The staff at Aspen was very accommodating and I was able to get all three out on that visit. Dr. Main and his assistant took on the task of removing those 3 broken teeth for me and, although the injections hurt, the actual pulling of the teeth went smooth. I have to admit, with the teeth I've had extracted in my lifetime, this procedure with Aspen Dental was the very best that I've experienced! Thank you Aspen Dental Staff, you are a blessing and so glad to have you here in Brenham, Texas! I will recommend y'all to anyone who needs dental work and is looking for a reference! See you soon!
