Rob the owner stopped out and gave us a bid. We had a few other bids but settled on Kayl due to the fact the owner took time out of his day to stop personally and give us a bid. We spoke to Andrea the office lady and she was amazing help get us scheduled up a few days after. Our service man Brandon was very good he took time to make sure everything was perfect. This year we had an issue with our septic that turned out to be a nightmare and Eberl was so accommodating. What should have been a 2 day job turned into a month or so roller coaster due to issues created by the original plumber and the city. Every day there seemed to be a new issue. From the city pipes being higher that the septic pipes to there being a crack in the city pipe under our driveway.
