Why would you tell a first time visitor that their massage could have been better if he had only had his "better" therapist do the massage? I enjoyed every moment of this experience. They have multiple massage and facial packages-…read moreincluding prenatal massage. I started with a seaweed facial that included a relaxing steam and super hydrating application of all kinds of delightful moisturizers. The energy at this place is great. My technician's gentle touch soothed away my stresses and really sent me straight to Cloud 9. It's quiet, serene and simply the best hands on experience at a massage studio in quite some time... especially considering I only got a facial! I can't wait to go back again and really treat myself well. I am a mom of three boys/ and pregnant so an energy restoring places like this is my everything.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Natural Massage Spa in Tradition…read more Back in February, I purchased a $200 gift certificate for my daughter-in-law. She went to redeem it last week, only to be told they would not honor it because the actual gift card was apparently not inside the envelope we were given at the time of purchase. Tina looked up the purchase on her computer and confirmed that the gift certificate had been purchased, had never been redeemed, and that the receipt clearly showed the purchase date, the $200 amount, and the gift card number that we believe was never provided to us. Despite having all of this documentation proving the gift certificate was legitimately purchased and had never been used, she refused to honor it. I tried to reason with her, explaining that their own records proved the gift certificate was valid and unused, but she would not budge. Good customer service means working with customers to resolve situations like this, especially when your own records support their claim. Instead, we were simply turned away. To make matters worse, the facility itself did not appear to be very clean, which is always a red flag for a massage spa. We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this business to anyone else. Losing a customer over a situation that could have been resolved so easily is unfortunate and completely avoidable.

My first time there. I'd give the massage a 5-star review and the rest of my experience a 1-star…read morereview...so that's why I averaged out to a 3-star review. Trying to schedule an appointment was an AWFUL experience. I must have called at least 10 times and maybe 1 of 10 times, someone actually answered the phone. Most of the time my call would end up with their voicemail and I'd have to leave a message for them to call me back. I was constantly playing phone tag. HORRIBLE phone-answering service. Then, I was told they were supposedly booked a whole month out. I didn't learn until after my massage that you can make appointments online. Online, I found plenty of availability before the time I was told from the woman over the phone. Hmmmm... The massage was great. Different from what I've experienced before (some stretching, arm & leg movements involved), but effective techniques. I'd recommend the massage and I recommend booking online vs. telephone! Good luck!

This was a fantastic, peaceful, Zen experience- especially for a post-surgery patient. The atmosphere is relaxing and so peaceful- if you need to de-stress, this is your spot. I recommend them higher than 5 stars!
