You'll be amazed with the blue rice . I've heard it's cooked with the antioxidants-loaded blue thurnate flower. They make their own Fresh juice and the cafe also have bottled fresh cow's milk. I ordered the salmon entree which is great. Love the interplay of sweet and spicy flavor to it.... I've ordered mu favorite affogato which is coffee with ice cream on it... It's good . With the entree's sheer freshness of the ingredients, you're getting your money's worth. My only regret is that I'm so full with one main entree and dessert, I could not try the other entree's. I will be back La Fermette to savor the rest of your delectable entrees and desserts!

For desserts, their chocolate TDF is really to die for. Go on a weekday to avoid the weekday crowd. They're a pretty popular restaurant so there are lots of people who visit. But you eat socially distanced and the restaurant is not airconditioned so it's pretty much like outdoor dining anyway. I enjoyed their cheese platter, the waffles, the sardines pasta, and their salads too. Good food, great ambiance, responsive on social media. Highly recommend! Please make croissants and pain suisse!

This is a new restaurant in town that has drawn a lot of attention from locals and Davao City…read morevisitors. It is literally in the middle of nowhere, thus the name. Driving to tgis location gives you an impression that you're lost or heading the wrong direction. But just when you think you need to turn around, one sees the sign to the parking lot. I would have given this place 5 atars if not for the walk from the parking lot to the restaurant. For families with little kids, I find it a little dangerous to be walking along the road towards the restaurant at night on a rainy day. Once in the reataurant, you are welcomed by a warm modern dining setting. The place is not very big, but it's spacious and inviting to patrons. I especially liked the wooden trays that they used to serve the food. It's quite unique. Our kids liked their chicken barbeque because it was tender and a hint of sweetness. I liked the Gambas n and bbq sauce. It had a hunt of Cajun taste that my hubby and I enjoy. Their iced tea was a pleasant surpise. It was served in a HUGE mason jar. That can feed a giant!. I wish they had nore than one restroom, but it wasn't too bad. I enjoyed reading and admiring the wall art leading towards the restroom. It was a creative way of guiding patrons to the washroom. The only thing missing was a sign on the dinig area door, which confused some of the patrons who were walking back from the restroom. Overall, we enjoyed the food and dining experience. This place has goof food and dessert with great service.

I'm giving them a 2 because of their crappy service. And when I say crap, I mean really really bad service. Sometimes the waitresses don't know what they're doing and they don't know enough info on their menu. Their manager just hovers around us when we're complaining about how the food's taking long and how our orders for served wrong. Worst part was what happened with my mom, she order spicy noodles but spicy soup came out and when we asked where the noodles were, the waitress asked the chef and told us that they didn't have noodles anymore, so they just served us some other kind of soup instead (WITHOUT INFORMING US). There were so many other things that went wrong for my first time here, which is sad and disappointing but at least I know it's not worth coming back to, even if the food is really good.
