All the claims in the listing about the work done were false and had to be redone, from plumbing to paint, unless it's now best practice to leave the masking tape where it is when you're done painting. It's like the work was done by anyone he could find with a pulse. Outlets were left in dangerous condition. The HVAC vents are from a laundromat. Our quartz counter top in the kitchen probably fell off a truck. The finish on it never looked right and it's still patchy despite best efforts to fix it. The staging people completely destroyed the interior (walls, floor) of the house when they came in to move everything out. A ton of garbage was left in the shed and the backyard that was supposed to be cleaned up. The rear gate fell over after a couple months. Pure trash. I regret buying this house every day I'm in it.
