Don't waste people's time (and even older people CAN have their time wasted) and don't insult people. The scheduler kept saying the practice doesn't take new Medicare patients. I repeatedly said I have private insurance, not Medicare. I understand code for ageism. I worked in a medical field. So here's a heads up. If redeeming voucher before service is the business policy it should be clearly stated in the Groupon's listing and disclosed during business booking process. Waiting after appointment has already been booked and then informing puts clients in an uncomfortable position and creates unnecessary confusion. I believe businesses should be transparent about their redemption from the beginning!!

I had only had filler done twice to my lips before with Juvaderm and by someone not so experienced. I didn't know because I had no one else to compare her to. I messaged Barbara in the beginning and she walked me through her steps and also different fillers. I decided to go with the Versa. Which I'm happy I did. Filler can be very uncomfortable and with Barbara it wasn't bad at all. The Versa has a bit lidocaine in it already and plus she uses her own blend of numbing paste prior. I love that she goes evenly around and makes your lips look even and beautiful. Not gonna lie first three days wasn't a fan only because they were swollen, but after and now! I'm in love! I was happy with the services offered but the playroom is very stimulating and crowded for a child so I wonder if that effects the outcome of play therapy. They're the experts though. What I wasn't happy about is when we were called back nearly ten minutes late because our therapist couldn't see us in the camera from her room. We were there at the correct time but were playing with the children's toys out of view. Who knew I needed to stay in a certain spot in the lobby? Then I was told that I should be waiting on my child ten minutes before the 50 minute session ends so that they can clean up before the next child. I thought I paid for 50 minutes not 40. Pretty pricey to begin with and then to say you're session is cut short for another client, I was not satisfied. When were called back late, and the session shortened, my child only received 35 minutes of play therapy for $110. No thanks. They were very nice people though.
