It's the same business, but whilst the café overlooks the local pub, the 'view' overlooks the river. The kitchens share but they operate different hours with some overlapping in between...the view is open early, caters for breakfasts, coffees etc and Cafe for evenings with pizzas and various dishes later into the night. The set up whilst a little strange seems to work and both are great to visit. The Café is a half open kind of venue, has a little bit of a party vibe, makes great pizza etc, whilst the View is more like a standard cafe, with regular breakfast fare and some awesome locally roasted coffee. Worth a visit.

However, if you are looking for something that happens to be rather no thrills, and does its job, and isn't too expensive here, then this place certainly does work out well. In fact, this place was rather nice, and the food quite delicious as well. Yeah, don't expect anything too much, but it still does the job.

The range of pies, pasties and sausage rolls will not disappoint. Their pastry is lovely, well cooked and nice and flaky. Plenty of drinks to choose from options are available from a drinks fridge or the coffee machine. They also make milkshakes. Service was lovely and prompt.

Wow, this was surprising, a pub out in the country that happens to have a craft beer on tap…read more Honestly, that is something that I really had not expected, well, at all. Yeah, this pub is pretty cool, and the service was pretty awesome as well. Sure, it was rather laid back too, but that was probably because I turned up here on a Monday afternoon, so yeah, the locals hadn't had time to swarm in here yet. Still, they had a nice beer garden, friendly staff, and as I mentioned, a craft beer on tap as well. Yeah, that certainly does impress me.
