For the free base and he could not take it back. Very long story short I had to dispute the charges before he would agreed to exchange the mattress. After the exchange I reversed the dispute. He then calls a week later about the letter he got from the credit card company and I told him I reversed it the day of the exchange. He then tells me he took the letter to the police department and I had until the end of the day to bring him a cashiers check or cash or he was filing charges.
