    The sectionals as they were de lived, NO DAMAGES!!

    I gave down payment of $800 for a 6 piece sectional. When they delivered it one piece was missing (armless recliner), one was soaking wet (armless chair) and one had a hole in the back (Wedge). John Boyd and the management promised to make good on fixing my order. They did replace the armless chair, but the wedge was on back order, and when the missing recliner got delivered, it was damaged and did NOT recline. The Ashley corporate quality center promised to get the missing wedge and get me a new armless recliner but they tried to deliver the SAME DAMAGED recliner 3 times..on the the 3rd time I was fed up and asked them to give me back my $800 deposit. I am still missing my full refund!. The Salesman told me repeatedly that I could return the sectional IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ASHELY Furniture in Mcallen!!! The customer service is TERRIBLE and they promise things that they can NOT deliver!!!! DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!

    Compré comedor me la trajeron ase 2 semanas y ya se quebró aora tengo que esperar como 3 semanas para k lo arreglen muy mala calidad.

    Ase un mes puse un comentario los muebles k llegaron de muy mala calidad quebrados me acaban de hablar k para el próximo mes me mandarían un técnico arreglarlos después de esperar tanto para k los trajeran sigo esperando no les recomiendo esta tienda no me dan la opción de las extrañas pero yo no le daría ninguna.

    Where do I start? First, let me say, if you are reading this, go buy your furniture at Lack's or somewhere else. Do not waste your time buying furniture at Ashley's Furniture store. I having being dealing with Ashley's, since 2019! I first purchased a set of sofas, I believed were nice and good quality. I was wrong. The arm rest broke after 6 months. The furniture technician said it was not fixable. We received credit and decided to upgrade to "Leather" reclining sofas. Please keep in mind, there is a super long wait to receive the furniture. The delivery date is constantly being delayed. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR FURNITURE ON THE DATE GIVEN TO YOU! After, a long waiting period, we received the "Leather" reclining sofas. My existing broken furniture was placed outside on the street. While the delivery men unboxed the new "Leather" furniture, the sofa was brown and the loveseat was beige. The whole order had to be returned and the broken furniture, that was on the street, was placed back into my home. Another waiting period started for my furniture. Finally, my "Leather" furniture arrived. After about 2 months, the reclining mechanism broke. The furniture technician came again and stated it could not be fixed. The part was ordered and another waiting period started. When the reclining mechanism arrived at my home, we still had to wait for the furniture technician to fix it. I finally thought this ordeal was over. In 2020, the Pademic hit and I started to notice early on that the "Leather" was peeling. Since, nobody was allowed in the home and Ashley's was also closed, due to the lockdown, I decided to wait on filing a complaint. Also, I had purchased the $399.99 Montage insurance policy on the furniture. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MONTAGE FURNITURE INSURANCE! You will never get to speak to someone and they will not help you. Finally, we were vaccinated and decided to take a trip to Ashley's Furniture Store in Pharr, Texas to show them the pictures of the "leather" peeling sofas. If you have read this far, let me tell you a true story I over heard while waiting in line at Ashley's Furniture store in Pharr, Tx. There were 5 people in line with paper work in their hands waiting to complain. While waiting, there was an elderly couple at the desk, we were next in line, to complain. The elderly couple was furious and complaining about the mattresses they purchased and had not yet received. Their delivery date kept being delayed. The Ashley's Furniture "Customer Service" worker told the elderly couple that the reason they had not received their mattresses was because the US Government told Sealy to stop making mattresses because they needed the metal from the mattresses to make the nose pieces on the medical masks. I couldn't believe my ears. It was our turn to complain. While speaking to the Ashley's customer service worker, he decided to leave mid sentence, while I was speaking. He just left! I asked to speak to a Manager. According to the Ashley's Homestore worker, there is NO MANAGER in charge of the Pharr location. We left the store upset and left with no answers to our questions. After having the worst customer service ever, we decided to just leave it alone and never buy from Ashley's Homestore ever again. This was about March or April 2021. Out of nowhere, 7 months later, I received a phone call October 2021 that my furniture was going to be delivered. I was surprised and of course, it was not delivered on the date given. It was finally going to be delivered November 12, 2021. Wrong, the furniture was torn and the furniture had to be returned. I was told by the delivery driver that Ashley's Homestore was going to call me. Of course, the phone call never came. I had to call and I received a delivery date of January 4th, 2022!!! I asked for a full refund several times throughout my ordeal. I was denied because it was over a year old. A multi-billion dollar company, that claims to be the #1 furniture store is a LIE!!! I want my money back after dealing with Ashley's Homestore, since 2019. It is going to be 3 years now and I'm still not satisfied with my so called leather furniture. Leather does not peel. And educating someone who doesn't know about leather telling me leather products peel all the time was infuriating. Leather does not peel, hence, why it's more expensive. I would like a full refund, after still not having a set of sofas for 3 years. I included a small amount of pictures.

There were none in stocks I had to wait a few days to pick it up. When I get home it is incredibly soft within 3 weeks my husband and I were rolling into each other in the middle. I called the salesman and they said that's because they were two people on a full size bed and that's why it wore out twice as fast. Ummm how long was it supposed to last? No one told me it was a 15-day mattress when I bought it. I argued about the restocking fee, they said come see the store mngr at a different location. He pulled a mattress from a rack claiming it was my mattress then continued to be me on mattresses that were even softer than the worn one. I drove back to the original store and laid on the one I originally fell in love with... It was heavenly firm. Just like before. Switcharoo or what? I'll let the BBB figure that out.

    I called to find out if they had two pillows in stock. They had them in corpus and could have them…read moredelivered to McAllen the next day. I was so impressed with the service. I bought both over the phone with the idea of trying both and deciding on one. After getting them, I figured which one I liked and decided to return the other. The associate at the store tells me NO RETURNS on pillows. Never was this iterated to me, not once, before purchase. If I had bought these directly from the manufacturer they would have gladly allowed me to return and they would have been cheaper. Never again. I am thankful I did not buy the mattresses here #purple
