Target is the winner for best prices and overall choices different organic/natural items. Nope, it's not a Whole foods or New Seasons, but I think I will survive. Most of the organic/natural items are scattered throughout the general grocery area. It's kinda like a scavenger hunt. Maybe they should consider having a certain section just for natural/ organic products? The frozen section gets a A+ for doing a great job organizing their organic/natural foods. Gluten free, meat free, dairy free, organic and so much more. It has a better selection than HyVee does and cheaper. For example, the meatless products like Quorn are only $3.99 at Target and at HyVee they are $5.59. Sure, only a $1.50 more, but it all adds up. One thing HyVee has that Target doesn't.... is the Organic PRODUCE section. It's really small. There are not a lot of choices to get Organic food in the Midwest, but at least you won't starve if you shop around a bit.
