BUYERS BEWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE!! The selection of furniture is nice, I had a pleasant instore experience BUT they made a huge mistake and won't take responsibility, do right by the customer, OR follow up so I can resolve the issue! Purchased furniture on 8/17 - on 8/19 they realized they "forgot" to charge me for my ENTIRE BED! and want to charge me an additional $1700 for THEIR mistake! After 2 days of back and forth the best they could do is $250 off my now over $5k order. when I asked them to come down another $250 to get me under the $250 they refuse even though I'd be eating $1200+ that I shouldn't have to! Now I'm trying to get resolved through corporate. No one is returning my calls, I have to go in person to cancel the order which is very difficult for me at this time and am stuck sitting with a $3800+ charge on my credit card that I am going to have to dispute with no furniture. they may be great when they do a job right, but - if they mess up - whoa - expect the worst customer service EVER! Had a great in-store experience. Was told I'd receive a call with delivery dates. Was not contacted. After numerous calls was given 800 number to deal with for delivery. Numerous calls, with long hold times, and "estimated" delivery keeps pushing back. read more

Do not recommend if you want good customer service or a delivery to go smoothly. In hindsight, should have went to Raymore or even Bob's.

My wife and I came to Ashley Furniture on Saturday, July 13th. We were immediately greeted by Danielle Morrison by the door. Furniture shopping can be a hassle, but Danielle made us feel comfortable and at ease. We told Danielle what we needed and she took us around the store and explained our options. When we settled on a style and design, Danielle was very helpful and had options for us. She also had all the information we asked for regarding the item we were purchasing . My mother (80) was in need of a new mattress. She also has been dealing with back issues and pain. She came to Ashley and tried several mattresses before settling on one. It seemed like good support. Not too hard, not too soft. It was purchased and delivered (in a box and had to expand over the next 2 days she was told). Well, the mattress wasn't what she expected. She had it for approximately a week hoping it would soften up. It was like sleeping on a rock. She was hoping she would be able to call and get a different one. She called Ashley and they couldn't care less. Is there no sleep guarantee? Satisfaction guarantee? I guess they don't care about their customers. Thanks for a "great" experience Ashley furniture. I won't be referring anyone to your store. And I will shop elsewhere for the furniture i am in the market for. read more

I was moving into a bed apartment and bought a whole new bedroom set (mattress and all) as well as a new couch. I was told everything would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks when I placed my order on April 4th. It is now June 3rd and I have not had any of my bedroom furniture delivered. I just got off the phone with customer service and they said an item is delayed and is expected to reach the warehouse on July 4th. That will now be 4 months without furniture that I have already paid for. This is absolutely outrageous. I would not recommend this place. Not very reliable. read more

Wish i could give this a 0 star. Bought a whole bed set with foundation and all. Was confirmed a delivery date. Told the delivery was going to be there in approximately 15 minutes then nothing for about an hour. Had to call and then was told the delivery went to the wrong place and they could no longer deliver it today. I have already took my bed apart and wrapped it for them to take out. So they are now sending it back to the warehouse to then give me a delivery date. So i am now left without a bed until who knows when. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER be shopping here again!!!!! read more

This place is the worst !!! I bought a complete bedroom set that is not even 2 years old and I cannot use it!!!! I even got the extra insurance !!! It came damaged and they came out to fix it and never fixed the issue .. they will not fix it anymore saying it is over 2 years old and that the insurance I bought , doesn't cover it !! It's the draws in the dresser , they are too narrow and will not fit in the rails !! And customer service is very rude . I asked the supervisor for her name and she would not give me her last name and said she doesn't have too!! That unfortunately for me another company bought it and they will not fix my pice of furniture!! It's garbage !!! Beware !!! This store sucks read more
