I'm a triplet and I was looking for something very specific for my sisters and I for our birthday, the sales associate at the Grand Island store helped me pick out something similar to what I had in mind that they do not carry but could make. Where the problem occurs is that the sales associate told me the necklaces would be ready a week after my birthday, which I didn't love that idea but reluctantly I agreed. The day after it was supposed to be ready I called to check on them and someone else on the phone told me "you were told it wouldn't be ready for 2 more weeks". First of all, you weren't there so you have no idea what I was told and second it became VERY clear to me that the woman who sold the necklaces to me saw dollar signs $$$ because I spent over $1300 and said whatever she needed to make the sale. This is absolutely awful customer service, and I am so completely disappointed in Riddles Jewelry! Once the necklaces arrived, I asked for them to be sent to the Kearney store since that is where I live and they wouldn't send them directly to the Kearney store. NO one gave me a curtesy call to let me know they arrived...I had to call the store to inquire about them...AWFUL customer service. And the icing on the cake: I spent MORE than $1300 and all 3 of the necklaces had finger prints on them. You mean to tell me that over $1300 doesn't warrant a quick polishing before you hand them over to me??? I deeply regret spending any money at Riddles Jewelry, and of course there is no refund.
