Where to begin? Realtor or family member? My family and I just had transitioned and made a huge move across country from California to Waynesboro PA, not only was this a huge culture shock but finding a home was made easy and possible by yours truly Ashley. Since this was my first home purchase naturally, I wanted to research and trust but verify every aspect Ashely told me to ensure I was getting smoke blown up my butt. After a couple interactions with Ashley you will realize that "real recognize, real", Ashley is as awesome, honest, reliable, friendly easy to talk to and just an overall genuine person. In addition to all these awesome traits that you do not tend to find in one person she also has a way of adapting her personality styles to match her customers, (feelers, thinkers, director's comedian etc.). Therefore Ashley is the one stop shop for someone looking to purchase and or sell their home because she truly caters to all aspects and types of clients. Most people claim to be this awesome, but Ashley does not need to claim these traits because people only brag about what they don't have not what they truly have. Ashely was able to help me and my family purchase and sale our first home with a breeze. Despite having a difficult time and on a time crunch during the COIV-19 situation in Feb/March 2020 time frame she made it look easy. Due to social distancing restrictions she wasn't able to be there with us during the signing process, but rest assured she was in my pocket every step of the way, just a text or phone call away. Ashely ALWAYS set correct expectations and there were never any surprises with her. Everything always went according to plan even when I was reluctant to go with her recommendations towards certain decisions during the process of selling our home. Ashley has made me a firm believer in how awesome of a relator she is and I wish she was with me all the time when purchasing home since she makes it look so easy and takes the stress of the buyer/seller and allows you to just focus on the decisions you need to approve but before those are presented to you rest assured Ashely ALWAYS find the best possible solution for you. When writing review people tend to leave out the small but yet details and all they experienced during the whole process but know this we went through several potential buyers when trying to sell my home, however Ashely knows what shes talking about trust in her and trust in her process and you will enjoy the outcome she is without a reasonable doubt a MASTER OF HER CRAFT!
