I have called three times over the course of the last three weeks and left messages with my phone number and my name and even what I was calling about and have never received a call back. The answering message is a woman talking, says you have received her voice mail and to leave a message and she will get back to you. I had a simple matter that I had a ton of questions on. After reaching out to several lawyers, Elizabeth was the only one who quickly got back to me to address my crazy problematic thoughts that I had running thru my head. I called and wasn't expecting her to answer, I guess we live in a time where you get most peoples assistant's to answer or schedule a future date for a consult from a phone answering service. But not with Elizabeth, she answered, was a little tied up, but got back to me within a few minutes. She wasn't able to assist with my current needs just because it was out of expertise in her field of practice. I've never left a bad review. I've had not so great experiences but not terrible enough to leave a negative review. I guess there's a first for everything! I found Elizabeth on Google. I saw all the good reviews and hoped I would have the same experience and she would represent me well. Boy, was I wrong! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an attorney. Every time I've dealt with an attorney they advised me on proper documentation required, bank statements, tax returns ect...I hired Elizabeth to review/ revise a commercial lease. She failed to do her due diligence as my attorney in guiding me in what documentation was needed to properly look over my lease. When we originally spoke on the phone she advised me to send over my lease via email after her fee of $1500 was paid. I did just that. When she finally sent over the " revised lease," she stated there were a couple of mistakes but didn't have my Letter of Intent to verify. I emailed her my Letter of Intent right away and called her immediately. She said she assumed I didn't have that, as I wasn't represented by an agent. Why in the world would an "attorney" assume that?! Elizabeth never asked me for my letter of Intent so there were a few mistakes she made on the revised lease and a few additional inserts that needed to be included. This probably would have taken her 20 minutes. She told me she would make the adjustments over the weekend and send it to me Monday or Tuesday. Well, she never contacted me. I sent countless emails, called and left voicemails for weeks! She completely ghosted me. You can't get anymore unprofessional than that! She held up my commercial deal for almost a month. I could have lost the space. I had my assistant call her and would you know she answered! Elizabeth answers her own phone, she doesn't have a receptionist or didn't at the time. She was ignoring me and screening my calls. When my assistant mentioned she was calling on my behalf she said "UGH!" and went on a tangent! Elizabeth basically told my assistant she had no intent of ever making those adjustments on my lease! . She is also, very rudely, told my assistant if I wanted anything fixed it would cost more. Again, If she did her du diligence as my attorney and advised me as to what documentation needed to be provided , nothing would've needed to be fixed in the first place! Here is the thing, If she wanted additional compensation she should have communicated that. If she didn't have time to fix her mistakes, communicate that. If she didn't want to represent any further, communicate that. I could have made other arrangements! Completely ignoring someone and screening calls is incredibly unprofessional, especially after she's been paid in full and did a half assed job. I paid Elizabeth $1500 for something that I had to finish myself. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I would never ever refer her to anyone. I work with the public myself. If a client of mine were ever unhappy with a service I provided I would do my best to make it right! Don't expect that from her. There are many attorneys out there who are professional and will properly represent you. She wasn't that for me. read more

I have an issue with a house I purchased and when I called to get information, I was surprised when Elizabeth herself answered the phone. We talked about options that may not involve legal solutions and was very informative and patient with my questions. She directed me with some steps I can take to see if they would resolve my issue. It was a refreshing change from other lawyers who wanted a paid consultation just to listen to my problem. WOW. I have worked with many lawyers over the years. I had a need for advise that was urgent for me. Based on a random search for a real estate attorney near by, it was early, and she was the only law firm open. I called her office. That is when my amazement began.
