The Sams team is the best. Rick and Abby are accommodating,…read morecommunicative, and take pains to deliver on whatever request you make. They know the Newport (and the surrounding) area, and they both have a keen eye for detail. Rick's background in construction contracting means he has fantastic insights into potential issues or explanations for house features, while Abbie's attention to detail means she is a fountain of observations and attentive listening. They will attend to your wish list of house features, but they also pay attention to you during walk-through, and they will remind you of everything you said to ensure you don't talk yourself into a house you weren't actually excited about -- or talk yourself OUT of a house you actually loved. Even when we faced possible hiccups sorting our loan out, the Sams still managed to work with our lender and get everything we needed squared away before closing. Home-buying is stressful, deeply personal, and challenging even when you are familiar with the area, much more so when moving to a new area, as we were. Rick and Abbie made us feel welcome, guided us through the essentials to acquaint us with the neighborhoods, and ultimately got us into our actual dream home. We genuinely couldn't be happier to work with them, and would enthusiastically recommend them for anyone buying a home in Lincoln County, Oregon. If you aren't satisfied after working with Sams Realty, I'm not sure you can be pleased at all.

Otherwise I can try to connect you with another agent." To which I replied that I would be open to another agent. And they then offered a zoom where I would be walked thru virtually the day after I left town. Questioning Zillow's vetting of realtors and Sam's Realty of their integrity. First rule of good business: don't agree to something if you cannot do it. Looking forward to buying a half million dollar property with someone else. I will say this on their work, the rear window appears to be done 99% correct. I am a little more picky personally in one way that no one reading this will likely understand.
