The photographer is incredibly patient and professional, yet makes the session feel fun and natural -- no stiff poses, no "say cheese" nonsense. The photos themselves are amazing. Every shot captures genuine smiles and personality, whether it's a family session, a beach backdrop, or just everyday moments. You leave with images that look effortless but feel full of character. From start to finish, the experience is smooth and enjoyable. The staff make you feel comfortable, guide you through poses naturally, and ensure the end result is something you'll actually want to display. Highly recommend for anyone wanting professional photos without the awkwardness of a traditional studio.

I cannot emphasize enough the photographic skill and creativity of Richel Lavette. I recently…read morehosted a once-in-a-lifetime fraternity "Chartering" event that included both an early afternoon initiation, as well as a 190 person celebratory banquet including dinner, numerous guest speakers and awards to be presented. She handled both events professionally and with a great eye for framing, lighting and spontaneity. Richel Lavette is the consummate professional photographer. Her skill set includes image set up, proper lighting, images that tell a story, taking charge of large group photos with incredible tact, and looking for the small details that make a good image even better. Ms. Lavette can see what others do not. Her experience, and speed in finding the right images tell an unparalleled story. She requires initial input from the client, and once she understands the priorities, Richel can work independently with little to no supervision. But, beyond her obvious skills as a photographer, she has a strong work ethic and is always ready to capture a spontaneous moment that some photographers simply do not see. Her people skills are outstanding, and is always encouraging people to smile, and have fun while being photographed. Her greatest skills? The ability to listen, interpret, and deliver spectacular results. Lavette Photo Studios is an excellent photo studio, and I give Richel, and her studio my highest recommendations. She earned it.

She is able to capture the special sweet moments that we will cherish for life. I love that she is patient with our kiddos. My 5 year old daughter is full of energy and easily distracted, but not once did she an appear annoyed or frustrated! She worked with her excited energy and it beautifully shows in our images. She tells us how to pose and gives detailed instructions on what to do so don't worry! She has the sweetest calm energy I feel so relaxed! I'm so thankful we found her and excited for future sessions together!

My friend, Grace, used her and highly recommended her. I reached out and within a couple days we scheduled a session for my son's one year photos. Unfortunately, he was sick the day of his photos so we were able to reschedule for the week after. I really like how she has a list of places that she would recommend and pictures she has taken at each location. That's how we ended up at USF Marshall Center which wasn't on my radar at all for pictures. She sends information about parking, etc. ahead of time so I felt very prepared for the day. Her pricing is extremely reasonable. Photos can be expensive, we've done photos for every major milestone so I've seen prices that are all over the place. Kimberly has an array of pricing options that fit many different price points. Our session was 20 minutes, which is perfect for young children. I really appreciate that she has the couple take photos alone as well. When you have children, it's easy to lose yourself as part of a family. I really treasure the photos of just myself and my husband. The gallery was ready for view within a couple days and after we picked our favorites her turnaround time was extremely speedy as well. I love the end results. We will be blowing them up and framing them. These pictures bring me so much happiness. Five stars all around.

So bad that I couldn't deal with looking at for 10 years - let alone showing other countries' customs agents everytime I travel. The real likelihood that my photos would get rejected as well made me decide to see about getting a professional photographer to take them. I didn't even care about cost at that point - I just wanted pictures that met the requirements and looked like me. Kevin was quick to reply to my emails about his studio services and suggested I made an appointment which I did for the following afternoon. I showed up at my appointment time, Kevin let me in and apologized for finishing up with a walk-in. No big deal. After only about 2-3 minutes he was ready for me. Let me check myself in a floor mirror first, walked me into his studio, made me feel at ease with his personable and relaxed photog chat got a few shots done in less than 3 minutes. We looked at them and selected the best one - honestly except for the one I shut my eyes on all of them were very good. He printed them, I paid him. Chatted a couple minutes and I was out the door with great passport and CCW photos. The price was almost identical to Walgreens and I looked like me - not an angry old woman with raccoon eyes and a chip on her shoulder (not even close to what I look like in real life!). I was so happy I've showed everyone my photo and everyone is jealous they didn't think of that for theirs! Lol. I will definitely recommend Kevin Newsome Studios for your passport, visa, permit photos - don't try to be slick and go for A cheapy place that doesn't know their stuff and risk hating your photos or worse having them rejected by the State Department. Call Kevin, get a pro to take them - you will be as happy as I am. I may even be calling him soon for portrait session. OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL & ARTIST.

I would recommend Aizhan to anyone looking for beautiful photographs from a creative, caring photographer.

Nina helped me tremendously in the planning, gave me a rain date incase out date didn't work out with weather, showed me a similar shoot she had just done which was an engagement on the beach so I got an idea what I was going to be getting, and she was super personable and friendly which made it so easy. I brought my fiancé out and she had no idea Nina was shooting us from beginning to end. It was awesome! She captured every moment and once we got that out of the way Nina came up and introduced herself and had us do some poses that came out incredible in the photos! She was so friendly, outgoing and so easy to work with. My fiancé can be shy around new people in situations like this but Nina made us feel so comfortable she loved every second us being shot, Nina didn't make us feel camera shy at all. Was so nice to work with someone like Nina. She's a true professional and I can tell you from this experience you will not regret booking a shoot with her no matter the occasion!

Bay photo price online is $220.00 ( FYI: you do not need to be a photographer to order from Bay Photo) That is a $760.00 PROFIT on just one! Because I called her out she lowered price to $406.04 but then proceeded to raise the price on the others. She quoted 75.00 each but when invoiced I was charged 84.00 Each. Again you can buy these yourself online at Bay Photo for 22.00 each. But Maria will not release your pictures to you! It's insane! I have found out since then that there are many amazing photographers in Clearwater Florida who do photos at Honeymoon Island and their price of $375.00-450.00 INCLUDES ALL YOUR HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES!!!!! This was a VERY Disappointing experience Not only the 300% mark up Maria Scott Photography charges to print only 4 photos.
