I should have trusted my instincts from the jump and not hired these people. Much like the last…read morereview on here, they kept pushing back our first consultation because they were having issues with their phone. Then, they were 30 minutes late when we finally managed to reschedule. From that first consultation, it seemed they were frazzled and overworked but I tried to be understanding because I liked the work I saw on Instagram. We agreed on a full package deal which would include centerpieces. Two weeks prior to the event, I still hadn't seen a sample of the centerpieces so I kept pressing on when I could see that. I kept getting excuses about how busy they were, and ultimately had to go in blind the day of. Day of came, and the centerpieces were nowhere near what we agreed upon. I asked for a bright tropical look, and she set up dusty pink roses. After I confronted her about this, she came back to "fix" them. The result was random fake flowers on cheap foam that was falling apart. When I told her that the flowers were falling down onto people's plates, she said there was nothing she could do about it. So at the last minute, a friend of mine went to Trader Joe's and made me centerpieces herself. On top of this, the dance floor they set up became a tripping hazard by the end of the night and the twinkle lights they charged extra for burned out before the night even started. For the $4,000 price tag, I expected better quality and better service. What I got was cheap, unprofessional, and disappointing.

I made a $250 deposit did not hear back until I reached out again to schedule the consult .We we're supposed to meet at 5:45 the person said she was going to be 15 minutes late and then did not call me until 6 o'clock to tell me if we can reschedule because she had a personal incident with her phone, which I understood and told her I would wait instead of rescheduling because that was the only time I had available to go out for the consult and let alone I paid $250. Plans changed, and before confirming with her any of the draping, I let her know that I had to change my wedding date and asked for half of my deposit back being considerate of their gas and time. They were 1 1/2 hours late to the appointment and they did not reach out to give me pricing until again I reached out a few days later after not hearing anything . I expressed my concerns and she said I was just giving an opinion and looking for a reason to be upset . I will never fight over money like that and I understand she has a business to run but I also believe if you are going to ask for and expect customers to pay for your time , you should at least be punctual and follow up accordingly with customers . I am saddened that this turned out this way becuase instead of offering an alternative she let it get this far .
