Our buyer paid for a septic inspection from Quality. They showed up, hit the power line to our…read morepump, and left. Never completed the inspection and left the broken electrical line in our backyard. Several hours later someone showed up to "fix" the line. A few days later our septic guy came to put on a riser and found a buried electric cap. Upon digging further he found an exposed wire and a second cut area in the line, neither of which were properly wrapped for underground lines. We ended up paying an electrician to properly fix the issue and I called the owner of Quality to let him know what happened. He responded that it's in their contract the buyer pays for any damage they cause to the property and that I should be happy they didn't charge me to come back and fix it the first time. He then proceeded to hang up on me. If you are thinking of using them I would take caution. Their business policy seems to be putting blame on others.

WOW! I can't say enough amazing things about this incredible company! Bruce is absolutely wonderful…read moreto work with, and every single mover that we had help us with our extremely LARGE commercial move over 2 days was extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and highly skilled. I had to pack up and move my 1,500 sq. ft. warehouse into storage while my new commercial warehouse is under construction, so it was a very large endeavor. Many large and odd-sized objects, equipment, inventory, and furniture had to be carefully packed and moved over multiple truck loads, and this team REALLY came through for me in a huge way! I will definitely be using them every single time I need anything moved! Even more impressive was the short notice of time that they were able to mobilize and assist. I was trying to find movers locally and every other company was booked out for more than a month in advance, and Bruce was so amazing in working with my tight schedule and hard deadlines with my commercial lease date expiring to make sure we got this massive endeavor completed in time! Bruce was incredibly in communication and letting me know what was going to happen every step of the way. The rates were the best in town, and everyone on the entire team went the extra mile! I am just blown away by how wonderful the service was across the board. Moving is something that EVERYONE dreads and hates, but with Asheville Moving Company completely removes the stress out of process. Thank you SO much to Bruce and the entire team! You truly can't go wrong hiring Asheville Moving Company for your move! I have a bit of experience with moving. I know this sounds insane, but I have actually moved 25 times in the past 21 years (both commercial and residential...3 of which were cross country), so know that I truly mean it when I say that Asheville Moving Company is really the BEST there is!

They are professional, helpful, and do an outstanding job. We moved all of our house to a storage facility. AMC had to walk our entire house full of furniture down a steep driveway. They wrapped every piece of furniture with blankets, plastic wrapped the blankets in place, and not a scratch or dent was to be found. One year later, they moved our furniture into our newly built home. It was a repeat performance. These guys are amazing and care about your belongings and your home. Not a bump on the wall or a dent of anything.
