In addition, she only dusted in front of things on the living room wall unit and didn't remove or move items and dust the entire shelf. She did the same thing in my sons room. In addition, she didn't clean the toilet and didn't vacuum the stairs. When I contacted her and sent pictures she said she would come back and clean again, but she never came back and never returned my calls. I ended up hiring someone else who did a phenomenal job for 1/2 the price. I would never recommend using Shay's cleaning service as she lied, did a very poor job and didn't keep her promise.
