They explained a lot about how my anatomy and how a body recovers after a stroke. They gave me plenty of exercise "tools" to work on at home and taught me the best way to do them. They encouraged me when I felt like giving up. I felt cared for from the time I walked in the front door until the time I left.

I do not take anything away from them because of this. However, from the beginning, the ladies who man the desk I like to refer the gatekeepers are consistently customers on the to them in person they act like they're the boss and management while being made aware of this has done nothing to try and correct the behavior. Also, I had spoken to my doctor because they were planning on discharging me and the doctor said they did not want me discharged so I called to speak to my therapist. The person at the front desk. Sydney refused to get them for me refuse to give them a message when I said, I will try and reach them when I come in for therapy. They informed me that they would be busy with other not be able to help me at that time. I was able to finally leave a voicemail for my therapist and very disappointed in the fact that my call was never returned. In the beginning, things started out well with Prairie Rehab but they quickly went south and they've even worse and management could care less. It doesn't seem to strike them one bit. I guess they have plenty of that they're fine with losing a few but you start losing one and then it becomes two and then it becomes three and it compounds and compounds on itself. I hope nobody else has to have this experience with Prairie Rehab I had.

I've had issues with this same problem for years so I knew what I needed was a traditional adjustment. I got that and more. Dr. Joshua was beyond fabulous. Did an individual diagnosis targeting the precise area to fix it. He did some procedures that were new to me. I've visited only 3 chiropractors in the last 20 years, one in Elk Grove CA. Who I went to for years and did a very good job. Went to one in Brandon that was a complete joke and made my situation worse sending me to the ER where they also were no help. Inevitably flying back to Sacramento to be cured. This time I Took a chance and went with Reinecke because the secretary gave a great description of what the procedures included. So glad I did... completely cured, will always go back next time my back goes out. If your looking for a cure, this is it. If you wanna lay in a water bed listening to classical music with candles burning and staff dancing around you chanting voodoo incantations..go to that place that begins with En and fill out a 20 page questionnaire about all your personal feelings and bullcrap like like that. The vibe will set you up on weekly visits and run up your credit card all at the same time...while your back aches.. Be smart, Go to Reinecke and get your back fixed..

I have trouble with needles and a real phobia of most doctors offices, but Dr Miller always found a way to make an uncomfortable situation much more bearable. Over the years she has always been friendly and professional in a way that makes you feel you can tell her anything and she will be honest and take true interest in what you say. She is very knowledgeable and has always found a way to help my family with a diversity of problems. To my great joy, I even found out that she is ob/gyn and after helping me through a difficult pregnancy, she also delivered my son! Through all the years and different things going on in my life (from a single kid fresh out of high school and broke to new marrage concens to the birth of my child and his health) I have never found one reason for complaint. My only misfourtune is a recent move out of state which makes it impossible for my family to continue to see her. She will be greatly missed! You cannot do better for a doctor!
