Spoke with a representative on 1/8/2025, who told me I was required to come in person to cancel. I explained that I have moved out of state and can't, so I would need to cancel the membership over the phone. After putting me on hold because it was against protocol, I was hurriedly promised a cancelation notice would be sent via email. It never was. I called repeatedly in the subsequent days because nothing was ever sent, but no one picked up the phone. I was then charged again on 1/14/25 despite canceling the membership but still had no proof of cancelation as promised. When I called, the representative who finally picked up claimed that the notice was sent (it was not) then kept me on hold while he hurriedly backdated the cancel notice and emailed it to me with the wrong dates of cancelation. It should be a red flag that they are this restrictive in cancelations. Avoid at all costs.

That it wouldn't be a massive set of treadmills it wouldn't be a pocket gym with no manager just a card. The place would have been decorated not feel like a basement. The staff would welcome you by name. There'd be free wi-fi access to water and coffee and men and woman's bathrooms with showers. The machines would be new and in pristine shape. Owners Jon and Michelle were welcoming and actually took the time to show me which machines I'd need to do each part of my routine. Normally YOYO unless you have a trainer. But yes they have those too. Paraphrasing Ms Riding hood not too big not too small just right. And did I mention the free wifi and being called by name?

I saw a sign for Iron tribe and figured I would walk in to check it out and instantly could tell this was a different gym. The coaches are great and really strive to make it a great atmosphere and focus on each individual member to help them attain their goals. I always leave each workout with a sense of accomplishment and a smile on my face. This gym is truly one of its own kind and I highly suggest everyone give it a shot. I was charged another $39 and told my membership would expire the next day. When I questioned this, the kid processing the cancellation stated he understood the concern (paying $80 in total for 8 days of gym use..) and said he would alot me access for the following 10 days. I went to this location tonight after getting off work & my fob would not allow me into the gym. I've left a voicemail requesting someone contact me back & help get this corrected, but based on reviews it seems like chances are slim I will ever hear back. Absolutely would not recommend this location. The anytime website suggests you give a 30 day notice to cancel, typically with commercial gyms that means they will charge you one more month & you will have access to the gym until your membership lapses, apparently not the case here. If this were a boutique gym or one that offered anything other than sweat stained, smelly machines, I could understand a monthly rate of $80. It will, however, never make sense for a place like this one. Choose wisely & choose somewhere else! -someone who frequently worked out here based on convenient location

They "weren't able" to even get a hold of the accountant, because he "never came in to work". I would not trust this company at all, very unprofessional. The front desk is no help and the manager doesn't care about everyday paying customers only her private clients. They were even ignoring my calls to check if the accountant showed up so I could workout again. I had to waste my time and gas driving her multiple times and mess with me and my babies schedule to try to get more information. It's hard to reach them especially the manager. She ended up saying that they figured it out and I could resume my workouts again? Of course I wasn't reimbursed for the week they didn't allow me to workout. It's also very dirty and smells bad most of the time. Overall just an extremely poorly ran gym. It used to be so much better when I first started going years ago, just keeps going downhill.

The SPENGA class is divided into 3 different activities 20 minutes each: cycling, a few rounds of resistance-based exercises, and finally some light yoga. The transitions were very well coordinated, and music was bomb. It was a full-body workout and every minute there would be something different, so it was never boring. I liked that there were videos of the resistance exercises playing during the activity so you could work on your form, and it was nice to be able to do everything at your own pace. There were people of all fitness levels there and plenty of space for everyone! It's $69 for the 1st month then $169/month for unlimited classes, $89 for 4 classes, or $129 for 8 classes.

I signed up for a weeklong membership here while recently visiting my parents in Naples and got to…read morevisit five times. It was great! The facilities are clean and almost every piece of equipment is brand new. There are all the machines you could ever want, and many in duplicate. I never had to wait for a machine or work in with anyone during the busy morning times. There is a mix of men and women and I felt comfortable working out there as a woman. There is a large "Booty Building" section of specialty machines for all those glute exercises. I thought the long runway of artificial turf was a great idea, for pushing the sled or doing walking lunges. There are plenty of cardio machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more AC or fans-- even in the early morning I was getting pretty warm while working out.
